East Beach Bungalow!

Everything was great. The space was clean and inviting would be happy to stay there again.

Loved the location. House is just like pix - very clean, light, comfortable, up to date, and everything you need.

Sean the host was great responded quickly to any questions asked. The apartment was clean and a great location. Loved that there was bottled water provided. Look forward to renting again.

Great location near services Montecito. Well equipped, good instructions, very clean and efficient place to stay. It's right next to train tracks and freeway, but the noise was not an issue at all (the infrequent trains were surprisingly quiet).

Very clean and comfortable. I especially loved the mattresses, which were very supportive without being too stiff. A brand new coffee shop opened up nearby (2 minute walk), which has good coffee. We liked the location, which allowed our family to walk to the zoo (about 1.5 miles along a nice walking/biking path). Would stay here again.

Sean was easy and responsive, helping with early check in and recommendations in the area. We needed a cozy roomy spot to rest over a wedding weekend near by, and this place did the trick. The coffee, washer/drier, space was really nice to have! The only downside… the beds were so unbelievable firm we all had a hard time sleeping. If you like a firm bed you’re in for the sleep of your life.

We had a great time! The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet. Everything was spotless, and the modern design gave the place such a cool, relaxing vibe. Super clean . I will come back soon.

Me, my boyfriend, and my mom came to stay for two nights for a Santa Barbara-based wedding. It was clean, cozy, and very conveniently located. Plus, Sean was a super responsive host. A great experience.

Clean and well appointed and very much appreciated the ground coffee. Parking can be a tad tight, but was ultimately not a problem.

Perfect location walking distance from downtown Montecito and the Santa Barbara pier/beach/zoo area. I stayed here with my wife and family for the weekend and it was just perfect for us.
