East 42 B - 3 Bed, Ground Floor Unit!

It was very clean and easy to get to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the people above us were very loud and screaming all hours of the night. As stated in our check in information quiet hours were between 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious property! Great location too. Loved the outdoor patio for the evenings. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and handy for walking. One block to King Street. Easy access to freeway.Parking area is very tight. A club cab, extended bed pickup would not fit.Host was responsive.

All good except being on the lower level was very loud. The top tenet was up each morning at 5am and woke us up and a lot of construction. Don’t plan on sleeping ever!

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The house is exactly as pictured and the host is very responsive when reaching out. The home is clean and the beds/furniture is very comfortable.The only issue we had was parking; there is only one parking spot for the unit and if the lot is full, it takes a lot of maneuvering to exit. The water pressure is somewhat low in all restrooms.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and perfect for 3 couples. Uber picks you right up at the gate!

The host answered any questions we had promptly. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and to the City Market. It’s a convenient place to stay. The house was beautiful and very clean.

Amazing location and super cute house community! Love all the little courtyards. It was perfect for what we needed.

We truly loved staying here! We were in Charleston for our son's wedding and two of our adult children and their partners stayed with us, so having our own bathrooms was ideal. The location is wonderful (and my favorite stay so far on Spring Street - lots of visits due to planning). Great restaurants are within walking distance (don't miss Maison!) The storage for apparel is not ideal for long gowns, but we made it work. We didn't cook (who does, when you come to Charleston??) but the choice between drip coffee or Keurig was a nice touch. The couch was comfortable, although slightly stained, and I figured of course it would be.....people sweat or go to the beach, and then relax on the couch. The towels were a bit thin, and again, I'm not complaining....the beds, the outdoor sitting area, and natural light that comes into the space made our stay wonderful! Thank you so much!

Property was great for 3 65 year old women. Can walk to most places. No need for a car. We did Uber to/from airport & a few restaurants after walking all day!! Would highly recommend.
