Dtwn Golden Apt < 9 Mi to Red Rocks Amphitheater!

We stayed two nights at this location as we were going to a concert at red rocks amphitheater. It is very close to that venue as well. Everything in downtown Golden was walkable and we felt very safe. The place was clean and tidy very quaint. Perfect for a two or three night stay for us. We would definitely go there again. The owner was very responsive and welcoming.

Our stay in Golden CO was awesome. The host was very accommodating and communicative. This tiny home was so cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Golden.

Cute place and great location! This was a perfect fit for our family of four and Max was very kind and responded immediately to address issues I raised to him.

Such a perfect little place! Walking distance to everything we needed in Golden. The bed was comfortable, with great pillows and I was really impressed with the soft bath towels. We will definitely stay here again!

We had the best stay in Golden. This home was the perfect location with easy walking to everything you need from grocery, restaurants, shopping and site seeing. Would recommend staying here!

Amazing location! We chose this spot because it was close to red rocks and we were seeing a show there. We stayed in Denver the two nights before and ultimately wished we had stayed in Golden at this property the whole time. It is within walking distance to everything in downtown Golden. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient. There is a grocery store (Safeway) nearby. Would stay again and I recommend this apartment to others.

Extremely clean and supplied well. Great location to walk everywhere. Stairs to apartment very steep but it is an old house. Owner very responsive and communicated well. Would suggest better bath towels (pretty but not absorbent) and better sheets. Overall a great stay!

Booked this stat and when we got there it jad no private door to the unit. The downstairs unit could literally walk into your unit. No privacy, we ended up leaving and was unable to get ahold of anybody. There was no way i could sleep somewhere when anyone could have access to our place of stay.

Max was a pleasure to work with. We actually met him at the house when we arrived. He was doing yard work.The swamp cooler worked well to cool the place off.Our only concern was car traffic noise outside. The house sits on a triangular piece of land with roads on two sides. We were able to drown that out a bit with a fan.

Enjoyed walking around downtown Golden.

This little apartment was great for our stay in Golden! While we didn’t spend much time there aside from sleeping, it had everything we needed while we were there and was comfortable for 2 people. The location was perfect for us! A very short walk to the shops and restaurants downtown and an easy drive to Red Rocks Amp for the concert we were going to!

We absolutely loved it! We didn’t even need a rental car. Literally a block from everything. We walked everywhere as it was so close. It’s the perfect location. The perfect little unit and clean. Had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay there again. You would love it!

This was the perfect location and just the right size. They do need oven mitts though. Hahah.

We loved this darling downtown apartment. It was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. The layout of this second floor apartment is perfect for maximizing the space. Proximity to downtown allowed for walk ability to everything downtown golden has to offer. The view of south table mountain is amazing I will definitely try to stay here again.

We love downtown Golden Co! This apartment was in walking distance to the Coors Brewery and everything downtown. Perfect little place for 2 guests. We enjoyed our stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this little tiny house it’s perfect for my husband and I it’s a perfect location. My husband and I go to visit in the fall for the Colorado school of Mines 🏈 football games. We found this little gem and fell in love with it. The owner is very responsive and would highly recommend your stay here pardon me doesn’t wanna leave this review so I can keep this hidden for myself however, I wanted to let you know this is perfect if you want to spend time in Golden or near the Coors factory.

The property was adorable. Perfect space for the two of us and close to red rocks. Downtown Golden was a couple of blocks away so we didn't need to drive for meals.

We enjoyed our time in Golden and were there for a couple of concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The location was awesome. There were great recommendations for food and hiking and things went well

Overall our trip was positive. The location is fantastic, short walking distance to everything in downtown Golden. The Apt. was nice and clean. The apt is an older house that has has had the attic space remodeled into an apt. So the apt. sits over the main house and it can get a little noisy when there are people in the main house below. Also there is quite a lot of street noise. Overall not a bad stay. Probably better suited for a younger single occupant.
