The property was well described and was an incredible location, the proximity to the beach and the onsite pool were awesome. My major issue was with maintenance of the property. When we arrived the AC was not functional, and when traveling with a baby it was a huge issue for us. The HVAC repair company who came to help us was wonderful, but we couldn’t get the temp down below 80 for the first 12 hours. I was especially disappointed to learn the previous renters had also notified the management of HVAC issues and they had not been resolved for our arrival. My other major concern was bugs. When we checked in, there were ants in the kitchen and we found palmetto bugs and other insects all over the house throughout our stay. In the grass next to the pool there were multiple ant hills which limited our outside use - again especially when traveling with kids. Luckily, all of these issues can pretty easily be resolved and hopefully won’t persist for future guests.

While this place has the charm of an older beach house, it has been updated and is a super comfortable two bedroom / one bath upstairs apartment. Enjoy the view and breeze of the beach and dining at the outdoor table from the screened in porch. There are beach chairs and toys, good wi-fi, and more. Note: for folks with mobility issues there are stairs with each coming and going so keep that in mind. We hope next time to rent both upstairs and downstairs for a larger family group. Highly recommend!

We loved the pool it was very nice and clean. The unit was a little far from the center of all the action but it was nice and relaxing. We would book another stay again.

Fantastic week. You couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy the beach. Wonderful accomodations. Between the heated pool, the relaxing screened in porch with it's stellar view of the ocean this was my wife's and my favorite beach vacation.

Stay at drip dry folly upper unit was great! Location was perfect with a private beach. Heated pool was just excellent this time of year. The only suggestions we would have is cleanliness in a few areas. Couch is pretty worn, bedding stained and outdoor lounger cushions moldy. Would have loved a few beach chairs to use, some pool floats or boogie boards that weren’t cracked. This did not dampen the trip, it would have just enhanced it. Communication with management company was excellent and they were extremely responsive to a maintenance issue. Really was a beautiful property and the family had a blast! The screened in area was ideal!

We've stayed at Drip-Dry Up several times and it never disappoints. The pool is excellent and maintained at a comfortable chlorine level and always clean. The ocean views are wonderful and our family always has a wonderful stay.

This was the perfect place for the two of us. It would have even been comfortable if we had brought a couple of the grandkids or come with friends. The outdoor space and the heated pool were most enjoyable, although you couldn’t really see the beach from the outside chairs on the deck since they are below the dunes but still a great space and we enjoyed being out there. We especially enjoyed just rocking on the screened in porch which has a great view of the beach. Loved the queen over king bunk bed. Beds were comfortable but the pillows could use an upgrade. Communication with management was great and everyone was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
