Stayed Jan 24, 2026Property has a very cool feel. Initially walking in we were very pleased . Contact with the host went well. Upon more inspection , the shower was not as clean as it could be with pink mildew in the bottom and corners . Also although sheets appeared clean in the master room, they had quite a bad smell making you question this. Location was great for the enterprise center . We came during a snow storm so there was lots of street parking available in front of the loft . Security guards were very friendly. Additionally , because of the beautiful , old windows they were also quite cold for the bedroom closest.

Stayed Jan 7, 2026We had a nice time. Came for a girls weekend with 4 girls. Nice space and plenty of room for all. A little noisy at night but to be expected in the city. Only complaint is the water for showers was not very warm. There are two bathrooms but the hot water tank must be small and not able to accommodate multiple people showering. Overall a good experience- would stay again.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Overall, this property is great. Location is perfect for multiple downtown activities. We came for some Cardinals baseball and it took us about 20 min to walk to the stadium. The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable, hostess very responsive and friendly. She was even able to accommodate our full size SUV when our plans changed. We stayed Monday-Saturday with our 3 kids (16,14,12). I was a little concerned after I read other reviews of loud street noise - drag racing, etc. We did not have any issues with this, however, we do all sleep with fans on. With a few cosmetic improvements, this property could definitely be a 5-star!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025The property was great. We aware that the walls don't run to the ceiling in the bed rooms so there is a bit more noise between the rooms. Also the street noise at night is a lot! There were cars racing down the street throughout the night that were very loud. But the property was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Our family of 6 recently visited St. Louis for the 1st time to enjoy our daughters rowing competition. We decided to stay in town and explore for a couple days. We LOVED the City Museum (which is a stones throw from the apartment) and the reason for our basis of location. However, a warning. Even though the apartment was fantastic, we had no idea that right below us from 10PM - 2AM was a HOT SPOT for drag racing and revving cars. We were told by a local this has been an issue since Covid. It was impossible to get a good night sleep! The hardest part is the location of the loft room with 2 beds (where our kids slept, 15, 11 and 9) were right by the window and had no way to escape the noise! I can say that if you are with adults or a family that stays up late, you wont mind the noise. But if you have small kids - It may be more difficult. This is in now way a reflection of the property owner who was responsive and helpful with all of our questions and acquisitions. One other suggestion. I would opt for the garage parking. But be warned: If you have a mini van or large SUV, you can't use the garage and street parking in front of the building is limited. It was very difficult for us to lug all of our belongings for the weekend 2-3 blocks. Finally. The nearest grocery store (we went to Fresh Thyme) was a 10 minute drive. We WILL go back to St. Louis and use this same property manager...but will select a different location more accommodating for our family.
