Downtown Provo Unique Apartment (Unit #6)

I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable bed and all amenities I needed. A little confusing on the door locks but that was soon sorted out by my contacting the property facilitators. I would stay here again.

Loved the beautiful architecture of the building, especially the high ceilings and tall windows. It was a peaceful place to be with a comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t like is that the bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains to block inner courtyard lights. Truly enjoyed my stay!

Great stay

This beatifully renovated piece of architectural history is conveniently located in central Provo. The apartment was exceptionally clean and included several very nice conveniences like shampoo, conditioner and body wash ... just in case. The bed was very comfortable and everything was well maintained. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The entire complex is lovely.

Great location -- I was in Provo for a conference and this apartment was walkable to the convention center, restaurants and there's a grocery store right across the street. Very safe neighborhood. There is a lot of street light, so it is difficult to get the room truly dark.

Enjoyed several days in Provo - relaxing, sightseeing, hiking and fly fishing. Property was ideally located for our needs. Great unit... so much so I'd almost like to buy it!

Great location to visit daughter at BYU. Spacious, good amenities, easy access, plenty of parking, clear instructions and communication. Very clean, comfortable mattress and bedding. Close to all the quaint downtown dining

We wanted a quiet place and this was it. We appreciated the uniqueness of the apartment. The entrance to this apartment is on the north side of the building, we used street parking.

I am a repeat guest of this property as I attend a yearly event in Provo, and it continues to exceed expectations. It is safe, clean, and comfortable. Its close proximity to a grocery store is helpful if you plan to make use of the kitchen. The hosts are always kind and communicative. Highly recommend!

This is a great place for a couple to stay! The location is perfect for so many Provo and Utah Valley attractions. Plus it’s cute and cozy. Our communication with the property manager was good; he had to help us with the Internet which did not want to work. Thought the problem was annoying, he did what he could to fix it.

As expected, there were no issues with the place at all!
