Downtown Nashville Comfy & Cozy Unit B

The property was well manteined and clean. No odors and everything was organized. The owner was very nice on the phone. The communication was great. I totally recommend. The downtown is just few minutes away.

Perfectly appointed and meticulously clean, this cozy apartment is the perfect spot for a family get-away. Just outside of town, it's quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown frenzy but a quick 2 mile uber ride away. We also felt safe in this neighborhood, and found some great eateries just a 10 minute walk away, less expensive and better quality than what you'd find downtown.

We'll be back! Wonderful!

This little apartment had all the conveniences of home and the beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated all the little extra touches like snacks and toiletries.

The place was very clean and the host was quick to respond to text messages.

This location is near the marathon motors historic district. It worked fine for our group of 4 but still pretty small. It was our first time in Nashville so might try a different area next time but would recommend this to place anyone.

Great location as we walked to most places in the city. It was a perfect size and had everything we needed (functional kitchen, towels for the bathroom, two bedrooms with clean sheets). Owners had great communication. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time in Nashville!It was close to downtown (but not as close as I thought it was). Parking downtown is so expensive unless you find off street parking. Check in was easy and it was clean. AC units in each room was nice to control individual temperature.

The host was very responsive. The location was perfect and met my expectations!

Just what we needed

Host was great, excellent value for clean and comfortable place to stay, convenient to all Nashville has to offer. Place is close to busy road and is not well sound insulated, so book elsewhere if looking for quiet retreat.

Everything was perfect. The location was great. Parking was easy. Responded to all questions quickly. The water in the fridge came in clutch after a night on Broadway. We will be staying here next and every time we come to Nashville.

The coffee container was empty but it would have been a nice feature to have morning coffee available.

Just as pictured! Hosts were gracious, kind, and easy to reach. SO nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. VERY quiet neighborhood, felt safe walking the mile or so to and from my conference every day. Highly recommend, would stay here again!!!

Everything was pretty good. Located close to downtown Nashville with an Uber. It's a little hard to drive in area with it being such a busy area but only about 5 min with Uber which is what I would suggest. We had a great time and if we come back we'll be sure to stay there again .

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the Colby. It was as described online, the location was convenient, and the private parking lot was a plus. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with anything you might need. The bedrooms and decor were a bit bare bones, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. There was a small cleanliness issue upon checking in, but the hosts were apologetic and addressed it promptly. They were very communicative and friendly. For the value, we were happy with it.

The stay started off great. I spent 4 days there by myself before my girlfriend and friends came. When they arrived we all went out and had a fun night but came back to finding that the couch was not a pull out couch which was listed on the listing. I called the property owner and she advised that they took that out of the place and replaced it with a blow up mattress. The blow up mattress the first night being used didn't hold air so my friend ended up on the ground and very upset. After bringing the issue up to the land owner she solved the problem with new air mattress however the friend that was sleeping on it was quite upset to find out he spent a good money to go on vacation to sleep on a air mattress. The property was clean and had no other issues. The property owner did change the listing from being able to sleep 6 to 4 while we were staying there due to that issue.

Met our needs in a central safe location in Nashville. Would recommend to others.

The window AC units in the bedroom plus fan were a major plus for us as we traveled from AK to meet some friends. Didnt have to worry about us inconvenience each other with house temps. Host was very nice and made ease of check in great.

Overall we were fine. It was mostly clean and taken care of. Not much curb appeal. Problems. Bathroom has baby diaper smell due to the shower curtain. AC was three wall units. They seemed to need work. Beds were unlevel but comfy. Plusses. No security issues. As I said, mostly clean. Easy in, easy out.

We really enjoiyed our stay at the Colby. It was cozy, clean, and a great place to stay. We weren't as close to Broadway as we thought, but found parking at the library and it was a short walk. Overall a great time and plan to return!

The unit is in a good neighborhood and it's quite comfortable. They've included just about everything you need including extra toothbrushes, toiletries, and even some snacks. The hosts are friendly and responsive We would definitely stay here again.

Go ahead & book the more expensive place you’ll enjoy your stay more & wont be inconvenienced by moving to a new place after one night. Completely uncomfortable place to stay. Beds were awful- hard as a rock pillows too big & not a variety to choose from to fit your needs , noise/sirens were nonstop & furniture was old and broken down. And expected to follow their clean out check list to clean the place even tho there is a cleaning fee.

Not the best neighborhood, but it was a great place at an affordable rate! It had everything we needed. The owners were easy to work with.

The space was clean and close to activities. (1.5 mi). Walking distance but I used ride share. Bed was comfy and ac/heat worked just fine. Very cute space.

A nice and cozy spot that was within convenient distance to all the places we wanted/needed to go. Comfortable beds, room for the three of us, and even access up a guest account on Netflix!

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy and you really don't want to walk to Broadway. Overall not bad.

This was a good location. Not far from broadway (less than 10 minutes) but far enough to get a nice quiet sleep. Very clean unit and had a few complimentary items like travel tooth brush/paste, make up wipes, granola bars, popcorn, waters in fridge which I thought was so lovely! Good place to stay!

The Wests think of everything down to coffee, shampoo etc., which is not typical in my experience. The condo was comfortable and inviting. The only things that were distracting and beyond their control was upstairs people were very noisy throughout the night and garbage collection at the unit across the alley was lacking, however, the building has an iron fence and ample parking.

The beds were comfortable, the appliances were easy to use, the shower was good too

Had a short stay in Nashville for a concert and the property was perfect for our group of 4. Easy to get in and out of downtown and very close to the nightlife without being IN the nightlife.

This is a perfect location in Nashville! Very clean and inviting! The beds are amazing (the pull out bed on the couch was not but they typically aren’t). Easy to get in and it’s a quick Lyft ride to and from downtown!

The place was just as it was described. Cute and clean. It was close enough to Broadway so it only took a few minutes to get there by car. But it was far enough away to not hear all the noise. I am a very light sleeper and the fan and air conditioner in the bedroom wear fantastic for drowning out street noise and the noise from above. My son loved the overhead fan so much we are going to buy one for his room at home. The owners were quick to respond to an issue we had, that was not their fault. They were willing to take care of it ASAP. Thank you for a great stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A very clean small location that has anything you need for a visit to Nashville. Uber will bring you in a few minutes to Broadway for less than parking will cost you. After your visit to the bars you will sleep on a good comfortabel bed. Good value for money
