Great location

My group and I were very happy with our stay. The unit is in a great location for anyone who wants to make the most of their Nashville trip. There was plenty of room in the common area, kitchen, and bedrooms. We never felt over crowded and we had privacy. The hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating. The only reason I gave 4 starts for the cleanliness is because there was some dust on the air units, fan, lamp and windowsill. I am very sensitive to dust, so this was an issue. Aside from that, the unit was very clean. I do recommended and I would stay again.

Very close to Nissan Stadium and Broadway

Host communicated quickly. Rental was as expected. It had everything we needed. Kitchen had supplies to cook our Thanksgiving meal, plenty of towels for showers and a fun basket of snacks. Lots of parking and the felt safe. There was a lot of street noise as it sits on a busy street so maybe request one of the units in the back.We will would stay again.

Enjoyed the stay. Very clean and the access to the highway was convenient. The air conditionong worked as it should and the shower/water pressure was amazing.

Little farther than thought from Brodway than thought.Could have more sitting for 4 adults in living area.

Good location. Clean and stocked with all the little things that get your stay started. Coffee, filters, creamer, salt and pepper. The tv was good and easy to use. Air conditioning in every room kept the temps perfect. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. Went to Nashville for my 50th birthday!!! Close to everything for downtown. Very nice place to stay. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Overall, this was a good stay. The unit could have been a bit cleaner. Microwave was not clean, cobwebs in light fixtures, and other areas that needed attention. The WiFi went out and was not able to be fixed quickly. However, the host communicated well regarding the matter and apologized for the inconvenience.

This is our third time staying at this house and we love it.

Overall nice stay. A few areas in the kitchen (wall near trashcan) and areas around window ac units were a little dirty. Beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was great: overall great value for the price. It’s a little far away from main attractions of Nashville but with money saved it makes it worth it.

Nashville was great. The accommodations were perfect. One of the best trips we have taken!

Was there for the CMA festival and loved how the place was very comfortable and cozy.

My first trip to Nashville with my two teenage grand daughters. The Apartment was so convenient! Clean and quiet. It was nice having the ability come and go with no worries. Great and safe location. Communication with our Host was awesome. Highly recommend.

Came in to town for a special tribute to Dwayne Eddy at the Grand Ole Opry. Nice quiet place, off street parking, comfortable bed. Would have left a review in your book but there was no pen. Everything else was good worth the price.thank you

This was a great stay for our trip to Nashville. Great location, easy access, perfect size for 4 adults, and really comfy beds. Our only difficulty was there was no wifi service. Even after contacting the host about the problem, the four of us never were able to connect. (Luckily we were all able to get cellular service.) It just meant we didn’t spend as much time on our devices and spent more time playing games!

Overall good stay clean and comfortable. The only downside is the hot water is in short supply, and the tub did not hold water.

Cozy and comfortable place for the 2 nights we were there! I slept like a baby in the bed! Located close to the venue we attended a concert at! Owners were very attentive and responded to any needs! Highly recommended! Thank you Susan and Ron!

Unit is clean and modern. It is short Uber (like 2 miles to Broadway and The Gulch). Susan the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again when back in Nashville.

Susan and Ron were great hosts. Listing absolutely accurate; great location with quick uber access to downtown. Walking downtown is possible but for the price of an uber (usually 10$), we never tried. Complex was clean, area felt safe. Beds were comfortable. TV could use an update but we didnt use the TV all that much anyway. Full kitchen, all appliances work great. Would stay again and recommend!

“Gets the lodging job done” nicely for Nashville…Broadway, Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Hospitals close…walkabe if in shape and weather good, or a 10 dollar base Uber/Lyft fare. Ride Share plentiful. Condo very clean, All basics provided and in good condition. Perfect for two couples, a family with a couple of kids. I provided feedback to owners on fold out mattress and Im sure they will adress or it wont apply to your crew. Great communication with owners. Strongly recommend as safe base camp. Slightly older 4 plex
