Great location. Very clean! We used public transportation. There’s a bus stop about 2 blocks away. Worked great!

As described. Beds were comfortable. Just slept there vs using the kitchen.

Clean, everything we needed for a weekend get away. All the food places that were recommended were fantastic! Super kind people. Nice building being only 4 units so felt more personal then a hotel situation. Decent amount of parking too!

We had a great stay, the apartment was as we expected per the description and reviews, we had no problems! It was quiet and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to questions. We loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Everything was good including communication with hosts. Neighbors in adjoining units were a little loud at times but no fault of hosts at all. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great space! Every time we entered something on Google that we wanted to go and do it said “10 minutes. “It’s a very nicely located and our hosts were awesome with making suggestions. We did a lot of exploring on our own, but it was good to have some basics like Jack’s barbecue to lean on.

Communication and description was great

Clean, comfy, convenient. Walked to Marathon and downtown, inexpensive Lyft back. Would definitely stay again. Upon arrival, couldn't access the message with entry code but host answered my call and got us right in. Five stars all around.

Very nice apartment. Wish it was a tiny bit bigger, but definitely doable for 4 adults. Comfortable beds. Close to downtown Clean and neat. Kitchen equipped with all you need if you wish to cook.

The property was exactly as described and depicted. It was very comfortable for four adults with lots of little touches that made us very comfortable, e.g. Coffee sugar and creamer available, toothpaste and soap available etc. only about a 10 minute ride from all of the nightlife on Broadway. Would be very comfortable recommending the spot to others and would be very happy staying there again. The owner was very responsive to questions and requests, very accessible.

The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We lived how close the unit was to Broadway. The unit was clean and well stocked.

Walking distance to lower Broadway, area seemed safe. The host was great at communication, very fast response. The snacks and extras were a nice touch.

This home was perfect and will be our “go-to” place on future visits to Nashville. Our host thought of everything including welcome treats and bottles of water. This home was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we were able to walk to Broadway in 45-50 minutes. This home is a fantastic find!

I stayed for a week of labs for schooling. It’s a nice property, not too far from downtown. Neighborhood is very busy, especially at night due to the proximity to hospitals in the area. Would stay again, to be out of the way from all the downtown traffic!

The small two bedroom property was perfect for a couple of night for my family of three. We would stay there again.

The Colby was amazing. Very clean and neat. Literally in the middle of everything Nashville. Everything was a short 8-10 minute drive. Susan and Ron has excellent communication. Will be staying here again the next time we visit

Our stay was great- this location is great! Took a quick 5 minute Uber to get to Broadway. Utilized the rentable scooters throughout other areas of the city. Quiet area, apartment comfy and has all amenities. Beds comfy. Unit was very clean.

Safe, clean, and in a great location with most the places you want to go within 3 miles. Good parking. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Furnished simply but with everything your need.

Great place to stay. All the amenities. We did have to Uber downtown, but no issues on that line.

We had a blast in Nashville, we were able to walk to Broadway to enjoy the bars.

If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s in a good area and close to strip this is the one! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we come back to Nashville!

The property is a 3 star but cared for like a 5 star. The property looked as shown in the pictures. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond, southern hospitality at its finest. The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. We didn't have any concerns about our safety. I would stay again. quick to respond.

Enjoyed our stay. Rented a car so we were able to tour and shop. Belle Meade a great place to visit. Also country hall of fame and museum as well as Broadway and the downtown bars. Enjoyable restaurant Amerigo close by. City bus tour was great. Ate at Assembly Food hall. Uber rides were simple And easy and safe. Visited Franklin and Shopped in downtown and ate at North Italia. Visited and shopped in Brentwood. Venue was close to downtown Nashville.

We spent 3+days, 4 nights in Nashville and this was a great home base! We found the location to be very convenient (we did have a car but would be short Uber to almost anywhere). Property exactly as pictured and very clean. Off street parking behind the building was great. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Thanks so much for hosting such a wonderful property!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Colby. There were 4 of us so the sleeping arrangements were perfect. My son slept on the sofa bed so luckily there was a mattress topper which he said was comfortable. The unit was very cute and just needs a little TLC but it was clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The neighborhood it is located in is not the nicest, but I've seen worse. I will say that although we went out early afternoon and came back late at night, we never felt unsafe. The area was quiet and we really didn't see other people around. We used Lyft (cheaper than Uber) to get to Broadway and it was a quick ride to and from. My only complaint is that the hosts requested that we start the dishwasher, start a load of laundry and to take out trash on day of departure. I think that is a bit tacky to ask of your guests especially when your charge a service fee.

This was a great property in walking or easy driving distance of everything we wished to see in Nashville. The owners were easy to reach and also provided snacks which were appreciated after a day spent driving

The unit was just right for a weekend stay. Decor was nicely updated and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, in communication with us about various items throughout the stay-as needed. Would highly recommend.

What a perfect place for us to stay once again in Nashville! Super clean, stocked with everything we needed and a short Uber ride to Broadway. This time we had the opportunity to meet Ron and Susan. The most gracious welcoming hosts. If in Nashville again, this will be the place we stay! Thank you for letting us rent your apartment.

The bedrooms were quiet & cool with AC/fans in 100+ degree heat. Beds comfortable. The sofa sleeper area was a bit noisy at night, as the place is en route to a hospital. The location is walkable for hikers to downtown in the day, but an Uber/Lyft would be best at night. Close to a drug store and Publix. Place was clean in common areas. Minor suggestion is to check less common areas (closet shelfs, moldings, etc) too. Tub shower curtain was cloth .. it got soaked in or out of the tub. Liner would help. The tub floor is slick -- caution required. The washer/dryer is excellent and handy. Slight problem with batteries was addressed quickly by the attentive and pleasant hosts. Parking was super convenient, free & secure. Door security easy to use. Pods, snax, hair dryer, soap, and iron were welcome in the unit. Plenty of storage. Value was great as well as communications. A note for out of towners on what to do with recyclables in TN (seperate or trash) would be helpful. We enjoyed our visit! Thanks!
