Found the mattresses on the beds where worn out and lumpy. Condo was excellent and clean well maintained and stocked with nesscesities.

Nice place. Unfortunately they were doing construction and it was noisy but, as soon as that’s over it should be lovely.

Very clean. Close to Vanderbilt and other areas of downtown.

It was a cute little place. Perfect for what we needed. Close to the action but far enough out of the crazy of downtown. Great info in the welcome books and brochures left out. Definitely recommend this place

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Getting to area locations definitely required Ubers but all very reasonable (10-12/ride). The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Great experience.

This was a great property and a great price. The reviews were awesome so we jumped at the chance. The host was fantastic and very friendly. The only problem we had was the smoke alarms would not stop beeping for the majority of the stay. The tv remote was also missing. Small inconvenience and we still had a great time.

4 of us stayed for a quick weekend getaway. Loved having our own place to come back to. Definitely loved having a kitchen with full fridge at our disposal.

We stayed a couple nights on a road trip to see Nashville. The location was great to walk to Broadway and Centennial Park since it only took about 20 minutes. Despite being so close, it was quiet and comfortable.

Good price for a close and quiet place to stay

Everything was quite nice, and a great in-town location with parking. Only minor things were a couple of burnt out light bulbs and no cutting board. We'll stay there again.

The apartment was perfect for our family trip. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. It was a short Uber ride to all of the hot spots. I would definitely stay again if we came back.

We had a great time. Location was good. A short bike ride or Uber got us where we wanted to go. The property was very clean and comfortable. Communicating with Susan was great. We arrived late Friday night and it was easy to get into the property. It had everything we needed. Made breakfast there and lunch and dinner out. Would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Our stay at this very clean and convenient property was exactly what we were looking for. Our hosts provided nice little touches like cold water bottles for our arrival , snack bars and oatmeal packets for our stay. The property was well stocked and even had luggage racks in each bedroom. Our hosts gave us great recommendations for Nashville sights, entertainment and restaurants. We used rideshare apps to get where we needed to go and this saved us money compared to a car rental. Overall, this was a good choice and we highly recommend this property.

Property was great. Accommodations were great. Parking was tight. People parked across from where you go into and out of parking lot making it difficult. It was a quiet place to stay. We would stay again if we visit Nashville.

Very clean place. You can tell the hosts have done this for a while because they included many thoughtful conveniences at the apartment like a basket of oatmeal, granola bars, and popcorn and toothbrushes/paste if you forget yours. The only thing a bit weird was the unlevel floors (Unit A). I thought I was dizzy until I noticed it was the floor and not my balance that was off. Haha. Not a big deal. I came here with my sister for a Girl’s Trip. We would absolutely come back and stay at The Colby. It had everything we needed and was far enough away from the crazy of Broadway but close enough for getting around easily. We felt safe, the area was quiet and the A.C. was lovely. I had a question on night one and got an immediate response. I have nothing negative to say. We felt so blessed to find this spot.

Cute little two bedroom place just a quick drive from Broadway. It had everything we needed, was super clean, beds were comfy, and the little extras (snacks, toiletries, plenty of towels) were much appreciated!

We had the best time during our stay and would highly recommend your place to friends. You had everything we needed and even some things in the event we may have forgotten something. It was affordable and in a nice area. Definitely a trip I will never forget. Thank you.

The rental is exactly as described. The hardback book with info about the property and surrounding area was such a nice touch, along with the basket of toiletries, and the basket of snacks. This goat goes above

Very clean and nice place. The owners were very considerate, leaving a few snacks (cereal bars, popcorn), toothpaste and extra disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Making it convenient to not have to run to the store if you forgot something. Location was a big bonus because the cost for Uber downtown was only $20!!! Down sides.....being on the bottom floor, the upstairs guests moving around is very loud. Also, the bathroom is small with no counterspace. Not a big deal if you just have 3 people staying but if you filled up the place with 6 people, the bathroom would be an issue. However, overall a great place and we will be back!!!

It is an older home, but in walking distance to town (if you like walking) and offers parking. I would stay here again. Priced right

Quick visit to Nashville on cross country trip. Place was perfect location to get to everything we wanted to see (about a mile). Fit our group perfectly.

The owners were nice and very attentive and had thought of everything with all the apartment had stocked and all of the little extra added amenities. The place is nicely decorated and clean , with everything and more that we needed. It was a great location close enough for a reasonably priced Uber ride(15 mins or less depending on traffic) but far enough out from downtown that the price was affordable. We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and I would love to stay again should I come back to the area.
