Downtown Luxury Loft

Location was perfect. Home was clean and beautiful.

As always location is the key and the comfort. This has it all. Second time staying here and have recommended to friends. 2 block walk to heart of downtown 3 to the riverwalk. Great coffee and food is shouting distance.You can not go wrong

Much bigger and nicer space than we expected. All the rooms (including the kitchen and bathroom) were very spacious! Plenty of space to relax and work at the same time. And the location is walkable to everything in the downtown area. We would stay again and recommend to others!

This property is spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and you cannot beat the location! We walked everywhere. Highly recommend! We loved it!

Overall great location! Easy to walk to Historic Wilmington’s close to many great restaurants and shopping. Parking garage pass is a great amenity for this rental. Very clean and will definitely consider another stay.

Has a kitchen (did not use) that had everything to a 1/2 bath and a tasteful living area (did not hang out here), Climb the flight up to the 2nd floor of the loft and you have a cozy living area, huge full bath and very comfortable bed with windows out to the street where you can look out and see activities taking place. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, music, breweries, the river walk and more. Jump in car in the free parking spot of garage and head to beach 20 min. Great place and location, plus clean and welcoming. Only concern is door locks, the front door is by combo and it was opting to work every few times we entered, the second story door only has a flip lock, but no worries.

We have been visiting Wilmington for years. The downtown luxury loft is just as it says. Clean, comfortable, private, luxurious and in the middle of everything you could want or need. We normally stay right on the river but decided to try something new. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed Wilmington Riverfront

We booked this property so we could take our six year old to the battle ship. Perfect location! We loved being able to walk to all the downtown restaurants and coffee in the morning. The condo looks like they hired Joanna Gaines to do the decorating!

We love the loft type settings to stay in and this one was just lovely! It had all the charm of others we have rented, situated above the city businesses you hear the bustle of the young town until early morning ( I like that) beautifully furnished with the brick charm which I adore. Driving from Florida, our formal clothes could have used an iron and ironing board, which I thought odd not to have, but our wrinkles didn’t keep us away! We had a great time, the accommodations were very nice.

Great property! Top notch location, clean and comfortable. Small amount of street noise around 2 am when bars let out but short lived. Worth it to be in the middle of the action in Downtown Wilmington.

Right in the middle of all the great places to eat & drink.

The apt was very modern, clean and nice. Location was downtown so very convenient to walk to shops, restaurants. Quiet at night. The only negative was all the stairs! Hauling suitcases was difficult. A lift would be a great improvement.
