Stayed Aug 4, 2024Property is newly built and very neat and clean. It's walking distance from the ferry terminal. There is a common area with kitchen that includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The only thing that's missing is air conditioner in the room. There was a portable fan. It gets very hot in the room.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is spacious and has a great location. There are no windows, but we did not notice it, because there is a large kitchen and shared space very close to the room. This contained a frig that was well organized, with each room having its own area labeled and set aside. That was a great idea. One problem was that there was no place to park our bikes. We did not have a car, but if you did have a car, parking would be an issue. All of Friday Harbor is expensive , and this was a good option for reasonable place to stay. It was still pricy, but it was clean and spacious. Also, when i called wit a question about where to park the bikes, Emma was very helpful, and did call me back several times. I appreciated that .

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The u it was new and clean. We just didn’t expect to sleep in a room without any windows or AC. Just a fan in the room. One night we slept with the door open to the common area where everyone walks down to the kitchen. That was very uncomfortable but it was so hot in the room. There was also no ice in the fridges. Disappointing
