Downtown Carbondale - Walk in and Feel at Home

Very nice and clean. No AC unit in the bedroom so if you share with someone in the living room be aware you need to leave the bedroom door open.

Could have mentioned it was second story with stairs to climb as for some this could have presented a problem

The Loft has a lot of character and is located in a very convenient location. Very comfortable hide-a-bed and apparently the king size bed was also very comfortable!

We had an outstanding stay at this property and would gladly return. (As this was our fourth stay here.) The home is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing while still being convenient to restaurants, and activities.

We’ve stayed before in winter and had a great experience, but this time were here in late spring - which had additional positives - like the beautiful garden right out the front door maintained by our hosts and the balcony which was wonderful for starting the day with coffee as well as watching as the sun went down in the evening. Great neighborhood and yet also just a few blocks from everything downtown Carbondale has to offer

It is a very nice place to stay and it is close to downtown. It has a great balcony and all the amenities u need! I will definitely search this place out when I go back to Carbondale!

Great place all around. Close to Main Street shopping and restaurants. Place was well stocked with everything needed and made our stay easy in easy out. Very private with great little deck. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your space.

The unit was fully equipped in every way and very comfortable, very quiet, very low key. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary features, spices, full refrigerator, stove, and, we found use of the entire unit to be efficiently and comfortably managed! We were so happy about the location as it is close to downtown Carbondale, trails, RVR (where our son lives) and we made use of the bicycles provided by the hosts. This unit proved a real bang for the buck!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aria’s Loft. The space was comfortable, the garden beautiful, and the owners were able to accommodate our e-bikes in the ground-level storage area (where they also provide two regular bikes for guest use).

Great location as we were in town for Mountain Fair. Easy check in, great amenities, comfy bed. Beautiful garden out front added to ambiance. Overall perfect stay!

This place is a perfect choice if you like a historic town center and the ability to walk there for shops, food, coffee, parks. It was great. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. The little balcony overlooking the street is lovely.

Lovely visit at Aria's Loft. We were in Carbondale for an extended time to support family who welcomed a new baby to their family. Location and walkability were primary and finding a comfortable space in the center of town was perfect. We walked everywhere and enjoyed meals downtown and in the loft. The kitchen was well stocked, thick towels and good water pressure and a comfortable bed. The nights were cool, so the windows stayed open. Just an overall lovely place to rest after a full day of grandparenting. Thanks so much.

Wonderful property in great condition and perfect location for our needs, which was to research the Carbondale Library for a sci-fi YA novel with the working title Vertical Transmission. A thousand years from now, civilization gone, current technology lost and forgotten. Three tweens find the library.

The check-in and check-out instructions were great. Arias loft was great- super location, well appointed, and clean.

My wife and I stayed for 21 nights in February 2025, and really enjoyed ourselves. The place was as-advertised, clean, well appointed and wonderful hosts. We have family in Carbondale, and we'll definitely consider The Loft for subsequent visits!

Unit was exactly as described. Easy parking in front. Private and easy access. Interior was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved this spot. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated. The location is two blocks from Main street with restaurants, coffee shops, theaters, two blocks from the library and a community center with gym and pool. Marti was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The loft is a perfect location for navigating main street. It was easy to find and the loft had everything we needed. Even chopsticks for our Chinese take out were brought back our first night.

My wife and I stayed in Carbondale to visit our son and the loft was just what we needed. It was our home away from home. Very clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities. The perfect place to slow down and relax with our son. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great place for me and my 2 boys- bonus they allow pets so we could bring our bulldog on our trip! We are in the area several times a year and I will definitely stay here again
