Stayed Aug 13, 2024The property itself was nice. Normal expectations such as a towel rack were zero. TV was great. There was no where to put anything. They purchased cheap and falling apart furniture. I put my wet clothes outside and they were stolen. The A/C unit did not cool off the room after 80 degrees. The host took took long to respond. I dont think the host has been to property in months. Lovely location...but the cheapest amenities offered. Coffee and creamer were crystallized. No towel racks. It was just annoying features. No ice machine. Cheap amenities...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I had a very nice stay, loved the short walk to the beach, and the nice surroundings . The only negative was that the room was hot when we got there and it took many hours in order to get to a comfortable temperature. But will certainly go back and recommend it.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026The location was great. I reached out because the listing showed a small table and 2 chairs and requested some hangers. The next morning someone showed up with hangers. We asked about the table and chairs and did not get an answer. The only place to sit in the room was on the bed and no table to put a laptop on or eat at.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Our family comes for vacation and stays at a large resort close by and it is too much noise and people for us, so, being local to the Tampa area, we opted for a less expensive, off the main street, and found this cute little place .4 miles away. The bathroom is a little dingy and old and the place can use a paint job, but it was really quiet and right on the channel. There is even a watch out for manatees sign at the end of the dock. And the cutest birds in the trees. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 15, 2024The pictures and listing are completely deceiving. This place was disgusting and filthy. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, baseboards and trim were covered in dirt, the headboard was covered in dust, coffee pot had filth in it, and the microwave had old moldy food in it from previous guests.
