Stayed Jan 20, 2023Ava's place is so unique and fun! This is not your typical vacation rental. I could tell Ava took great care in designing the apartment and creating a memorable experience for her guests. The building is located directly across from Slim & Husky's Pizza (The PREAM was so good) in an up-and-coming area with easy access to all Nashville has to offer. Ava was also super responsive, very detailed with condo and area information and I appreciated she was able to add an extra night on short notice for us. We would definitely book again.

Stayed Nov 3, 2022Ava was unbelieveably responsive and helpful from the start and all through our stay. We loved our time in this cute one-bedroom. The couch / bunk bed transformation was super easy -- and remarkably comfortable. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 9, 2022Ava was a great host! Her communication was superb from the time I inquired about her listing up until check-in. When we arrived there was a sweet welcome snack and card! Lots of fresh towels and washcloths. One morning, I had a headache and she even found a way to get me some medicine. She is so sweet and kind! We will def be booking with her again!
