Stayed Aug 31, 2025Condo was better then expected. Great location to resturants and the water. Private boat dock was perfect for us with quick access to the bay. We would recommend this condo and plan to stay again in the future.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Overall, the property was very nice and good access to the pool. Everything in the condo was clean and neat. Cons: the tea kettle has rust in it, so you will want to replace that. Also, remove the internet paper by the tv...that has a network ID and password that doesn't exist. Finally, 5 tv remotes is a bit confusing and the one for the Sanyo tv has dead batteries.Just some helpful tips for you. It really is a nice place and we would definitely come return. Thank you so much for a splendid weekend.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Great location, great boat slips. Pool was dirty and aged, TVs in unit were incredibly old to the point they are very hard to use and need 2-3 remotes to do things. However TV isn’t the point of the trip. Unit was clean and we would absolutely come back. Thanks

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Location was quiet and relaxing. Grandkids loved the pool and it was clean. Reported a problem with the garbage disposal not working properly and it was not fixed. The place was relatively clean, but we had small burrs in the master bedroom carpet that we kept finding if barefoot. The dishwasher worked if you aggressively closed the door.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this condo previously so knew what we were getting - it is not fancy, but it suited our needs for the trip as well as budget. The location is perfect for our family's needs. We did have one issue of getting locked out when the batteries on the lockbox died, but the property manager was responsive and drove over to the property as quickly as possible to fix the situation.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025We absolutely loved our stay with rockport escapes! The condo was amazing. We were welcomed to a clean condo with an amazing balcony that overlooks the pool and Bay Area. My husband and kids fished the dock several times and even had dolphins swimming right below their feet! We felt incredibly safe and the condo area was quiet.
