My family and I stayed 2 nights at this resort and we're thoroughly impressed with all aspects! SHORT leisurely walk to the beautiful emeral water beach! Amazing views from balcony, and a beautiful pool to relax in after the beach. Everyone was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Thank you for great memories!

The location and ease of beach access is great. This room was below standards with multiple issues. However our contact was easy to work with. Fair warning- the room is smaller than the pictures show.

We absolutely loved our trip! Everything was just as expected and even better. The beach is a very short and enjoyable walk from the condo, you can smell the flowers the whole way there! There are plenty of spots to wash your feet of sand after enjoying the beach. The resort style pool was so relaxing for adults and loads of fun for the kids! The water was so warm and the island music playing in the speakers with the tiki bar drinks so close really made the vacation feel like a vacation (even with kids :) The location of the condo is perfect. There are so many shops and places around. Baytowne Wharf is across the street and it was the cutest little village ever, we had so much fun there! My son was super excited about the ponds we were able to fish in around the resort and the fishing pier at the Wharf. The condo was clean and there were plenty of bath towels and dish cloths. The ice machine at the bottom floor of the building was super nice to have! I loved that there was a broom in the closet so I could sweet up the small amounts of residual sand. The only thing you may want to be aware of is the pillows are paper thin (so bring your own), and the beds are pretty worn (but not awful). We will definitely be coming back!

The condo is in a great location. It is convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. When we arrived, there were a few items that caught our attention: ripped screen door to balcony, missing mirror in bathroom and one of the beds was odd (if you laid in it, your head was lower than your feet). I immediately contacted the property manager and she let us know that the mirror encountered an accident from a prior guest and that the screen would be fixed later so our stay would not be interrupted, which I appreciated. The mirror and screen were not big issues, but the bed made our stay uncomfortable. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor to stabilize and level it. I hope they fix it for the next guest. All-in-all, it was a good condo with a great location.

This condo is in an amazing location. Everything you need is within a 5-10 min drive (gas station, walmart, multiple restaurants). The beach is a less than 5 minute walk with its own walkway leading you right to it. There is a tram to take you to Baytowne Wharf, which has plenty of activities for Families or just for a get-a-way.
