Destin-Beach Cottage, steps to beach & pool. Close to shopping, restaurants!

Was very nice and clean. Had lot of extra things.

Host was accommodating, washer and dryer was advertised but it cost money to use.

Pretty rental for a weekend getaway. Cottage was very clean. Perfect location and was very peaceful. Walking distance to beach and coffee shop. Had a little hiccup with check-in communication but host was very apologetic. I would definitely stay here again. Loved Loved the location.

Very nice and cozy little place. Its not huge but it was perfect for us. Plenty of room for a small family. Right next to the pool and there was a nice little ocean view off to the right. Property was clean and quiet. Laundry onsite was a plus! Beach was a short walk, not bad at all. We used a wagon to bring what we needed. Made it a little bit easier. Overall great experience, close to everything. Would recommend and stay again!

Amazing property. The host was kind and very accommodating!

I brought my two daughters here on vacation this past week and it was amazing. Christina replied quickly and it was just as posted. The beach is right around the corner and the pool was right there and convenient. Also, food and shopping was only two minutes away! Such a great place to stay and everything was clean as well.

Condo was very clean. Pool and laundry facilities were very close by. I was a little confused because I thought you could get to the beach directly from the property. Thank goodness we brought a wagon to get our stuff there.

It was not what i expected bed was horrible lighting in the kids bunkbeds were all loose and hard to turn on and off couch or love seat was not up to date not enough amenities 1 trash bag for 5 days bought our own all around not one of my favorites probably wont stay there again or recommend it

Everything was clean, and was just like advertised. I misunderstood that there were two units in the building, I thought it was both floors, but great place to stay.

This was our first trip to Destin, Fl and we hit the jackpot for staying there. We were only a couple minute walk from the beach, right off the 5 mile walk/bike path and walking distance to everything we needed plus a lot more. It was a quiet beautiful little neighborhood. Pool was great and met others who were staying in the other cottages that were loving the area too. Totally recommend this area to stay

Property was as advertised and close to everything. As well as across the street from the beautiful beach.

Quiet area and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. Christina was easy to get ahold of and responded to all my questions.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Cottage was small but We were only staying for a few days our intent was to be on the beach not in the room so it worked well for us.

We were very happy with the check in process, parking, location to beach access, and the pool & laundry room available for use. The cottage is very cozy and our family of four was fairly comfortable. The kitchen area is *very* small and it was rather difficult to cook family meals in the space, and the pots/pans were a nightmare to use but only because I don’t l know how to cook on stainless steel, I’ll admit that. Small negatives that didn’t impact our stay but should be noted: The fridge was missing the shelving on the door, one dryer was not drying and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of four staying for 5 days is wild. Positives: the decor is super cute, towels and bedding are very nice and not cheap quality, and the a/c works beautifully. We would definitely return and recommend this place. Host was responsive and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this unit.

This was a great trip and a great location. This place is very small…even for my little family of 3. But the location was great, it was clean and the manager communicated very quickly!
