Stayed Jun 13, 2026The property was nice and clean. Very close to the beach. Hosts were very nice also. We had a few hiccups but maintenance came quickly and fixed the problems. The only thing I would suggest is new couches. Those are very broken down seat wise.

Stayed Jul 17, 2023There were some terrific pros with this property. Location was amazing, staff was helpful, & price was reasonable. Also, the AC worked great. That being said the property itself could use a thorough deep cleaning. Couches are old & just feel dirty. The bathrooms & floors in general need cleaned & mopped. One of the bathroom doors had a broken handle so the door had to either be shut firmly or left ajar. There wasn’t enough silverware for everyone (4 spoons), so be prepared to bring plastic ware or wash them if you have more than 4 people. The ceiling was dripping water in one spot, but they were working on roof repairs while we were there. Parking is super tight, but the staff was very helpful in showing us how/where to park.

Stayed Dec 31, 2021Overall, it was a nice stay, we had some issues with the door handles falling off. Other than that it fit our needs!

Stayed Mar 16, 2018My friends and I had a great time at the Desoto Beach Terrace! The cottage was clean and was well stocked. The view was amazing! The only thing I wasn't happy about was the parking situation. We rode down in a suburban and it was a tight fit trying to park the suburban. My only suggestion would be to open up a bigger space for parking.
