The Dr J Smith Suite is a sumptuous suite with supremely comfortable Memoryfoam mattress on a 4 poster bed, double whirlpool tub with handheld shower, separate marble shower. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge, ice maker, garburator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave await.). Wood floors, and custom wall murals set this suite apart.

Dr Jordan Smith,MLA. built the house as his residence and office in 1896. Liverpool founded in 1759, is reminiscent of Cape Cod, also situated on a lovely harbour. You can walk the Trestle Trail loop, visit the Lighthouse Park at the end of historic Main Street which offers vistas of the ocean. Good food offerings are to be found in town - from the best pizza you ever tasted, to the best egg rolls, fine dining at Lanes and nearby White Point Beach Lodge and the Quarterdeck at Summerville Beach. Try Hells Bay brew pub for their tasty offerings, or the Five Girls Bakery across the street.

Across the street in the former Town Hall [which is the largest wooden town hall in the Province] is the Astor Theatre, with live performances, movies, and other events.

Be in the centre of a lively town, which quiets down in the evening. There is a some traffic noise until then, but you will get a restful sleep.

The check-in experience could have gone better. Not having received any instructions when we arrived we didnt know where to park or how to get in, and it took 4 calls to the host and a call to the vrbo customer service and a knock on the neighbors door. I finally got in while talking to the host which was very friendly and helpful. The property is just gorgeous! Full of charm, spacious and cozy at the same time. It is very quiet at night, the bed is really comfortable and the shower has alot of pressure. There are a few ok restaurants and shops within walking distance, and it is an unbelievably pretty place to walk around. There are flowers everywhere, and the parks are very well maintained. It wasnt as clean as i had expected, i washed the streaky wine glasses and the filmy plates before using them. The kitchen drawers were sticky and there were crumbs in the drawers. There was also a used small bar of soap on top of the support bar in the shower. The jacuzzi works very well, we used it on each night we were there since we dont have one at home, there were enough of towels for our 2 nights and enough toilet paper as well. They even made a cute little flower with the end of the toilet paper, nice touch. I bring all my own products but my husband used the shampoo on his beard and he smelled very nice, he didn't try the soap. Overall we enjoyed our experience and we do recommend it.

This suite was very well appointed and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay there. The location is fantastic right in the centre of Liverpool, and the suite itself was very cozy and romantic. The shower was top notch with great water pressure, and the whirlpool 2-person tub was amazing. Charleigh was our contact and she was very helpful and communicative.

Beautiful suite, quiet, the lady who looked after the property was the best! She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable; she was so sweet and pleasant. Highly recommend.

The unit was nice at first sight but we came in from the ferry and the Jacuzzi was not working right The jets were clogged and were making loud noises from the water pipes! Ants in kitchen dishwasher broken and had to keep asking for more coffee pods and cleaning supplies! Laundry is just outside unit and laundry is done all day long while you hear it! Area is desolate and most businesses are closed and town is dirty Nothing at all to do Given wrong information I. e area and not close to anything

So many beautiful antiques paired with luxury kitchen and big hot tub. Location was perfect. No plug in bathroom for hairdryer and bed was too firm for us. Charleigh who is caretaker was a pleasure and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

This is definitely something we will do again, one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Host and onsite assistance was exceptional. The unit was perfect for our needs. Very clean and welcoming with all the little details taken care of. Look forward to our next stay.

We absolutely loved our accommodations. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. We stayed in Suite A, the Dr. Smith room and I fell in love with its charm. Very clean, cozy and an overall great experience. Awesome shower too!
