We enjoyed our stay the food and drinks were good. The room was nice but could use a few repairs. The cleaning lady was very good and timely everyday.The VIP staff wasn,t much help at all and they will just tell you anything just to get you to move on. We loved the VIP Beaches and the staff there were great. A very nice vacation for 2 weeks and we are ready to go again.

I highly recommend Cynthia. She was very helpful and always available to answer all my questions. In terms of my vacation, it was extraordinary, more than what I expected. The VIP areas have everything you need. The location is beautiful and they have everything you need. Food, beaches, pools and customer service are all great. Even though I encountered some issues because they had the wrong amount of people on the reservation, they were able to get the problem fixed (it took them about an hour). That was my only problem with this vacation. I am planning to book another vacation to go back soon and will use Cynthia again.

I booked a holiday through Cynthia and new here on the site but I was afraid .But it was a very successful holiday was great .sintiih immediate help me with any questions or requests and everything was good .A wanted to consider upgrading the room she offered me an upgrade at a good price.
