Deluxe 2 story loft Hotel

Our stay started very poorly as the property clerk had no info about my reservation and the host reports that he had no idea about either. This was very stressful and frustrating as I arrived at the hotel at 2am with my family including 3 young kids under the age of 7 and spent an hour making sure that I was scammed. At last, I had to text my payment confirmation to the host who had already approved my stay. Despite the rocky start, I liked the space and the apartment was comfortable. The host added undisclosed fees of taxes and also mentioned that I needed to pay extra for electricity which was undisclosed. I indicated that I will pay the extra taxes but didn’t want to embark on a nickel and dime expedition. Thereafter, the request stops. The hotel clerks were very kind, courteous, helpful and addressed any of my concerns in a timely fashion. I was overall happy despite all these hickups. Not sure if I would stay there again but would consider it.
