Delmar Dreams: Boutique Stay by Forest Park!

This property was fantastic for a little weekend getaway with friends. It was very clean and nicely laid out. It's in a very walkable area. We walked from the house to the zoo with no problems. We will definitely book again!

Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our questions and requests were answered and addressed promptly. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything worked well. Extra towels, sheets and supplies were plentiful. There were also thoughtful touches and nice little extras- a welcome basket and flowers. We appreciated!

This property was nicely decorated, stocked with several amenities. It’s in a perfect location for anyone who wants to see the sights of St Louis. It’s 15 minutes from downtown and in a quiet area. The hosts were fantastic, easy to contact, speedy response time. Communication was effective and efficient! The shower OmG the shower! Fantastic water pressure and hot water! Side note- several free attractions nearby, the zoo, an art museum and a science museum.

Everything about the house was just great. Love the location and parking was plentiful. The house was clean and tidy and had plenty of amenities like shampoo and lotions, spices for the kitchen, and even a sound machine. The host was available to answer any questions I had and was very amenable to any request I made.I would absolutely stay there again and again!

It was in a quiet area but quick walk to restaurants and shops. We walked the 2 miles to forest park balloon race.

We loved this place! It is exactly as described and was a perfect home away from home. Kieron is an excellent host, responsive to any questions we had, and had great communication about the check in/out process and the property. The apartment is pretty and comfortable and well equipped, with a great kitchen for making meals at home. And a great space to watch a movie, or play some pool. The office space is well set up and a great place to get some work done. The neighborhood is tree lined and quiet, with lots of close parking. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for our next opportunity to stay here again.

The house was in a great location, close to Delmar where we found some yummy food spots. We were always able to get parking in fron of the house. The neighborhood is quiet. The house itself offered everything we needed for our stay. The pool table offered something for the kids to do. The beds were comfy. The furnishings were all updated, but the house still had some of its original 1920s charm.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic for getting to all the St Louis sites we were there to see. Multiple bedrooms with different bed configurations were ideal for our family.

Had a great time, with the exception of the tornado that came through the area at the time. We were very happy to have to have a nice basement for shelter. So glad the tornado skipped this property! Kieron was very helpful in communicating paths in and out of the neighborhood with all of the shut down roads due to falling trees and debris.

Had a great stay while in the area for a business trip. The location of the home is conveniently located to many area restaurants and walking capabilities. Cute home as well!

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Relatively close to the places we visited. There were residents upstairs in the unit but they were quiet. Residents living in other houses on the street were friendly and politeOnly suggestion would be to maybe put another comfortable chair in the living room.I would definitely recommend this unit!

Historical building with great updated details! Clean, clean, clean! Beds and linens so nice! Everything in working order, kitchen labeled and lighting labeled. It should be noted that parking is on the one way street in front of the unit but this was never an issue. We will stay again!!

This place was spacious, comfortable, but mattresses could be improved. Directory/instructions for TV remotes would be helpful

A lovely place to stay! We loved the neighborhood, easy parking, walkable to Forest Park and the loop and easy drives everywhere else we went. The kids loved having a ping pong table! The hosts reached out to check in through our stay and make sure everything was going well.

Two kids, mom, dad and grandpa had a wonderful trip to St. Louis with this property as a home base and chill zone. We loved how all the downtown / riverfront attractions were so easily accessed with a short car ride and Forest Park with all it has to offer is a couple minutes away by car, accessible by trolley (kid favorite) or even with a walk through some nice older neighborhoods. Tons of excellent eating and take-out options a few minutes walk from the home as well. The property has a lot of old charm, is very clean and had everything we needed for making our morning meals before setting out and relaxing at night after a long day of activity. Hosts communicated well, checked in with us and responded in a timely manner to questions. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Enjoyed stay. Property had everything! Close by anything you would want to do. Good communication. We would come back!
