Stayed Feb 15, 2026If you’re looking to enjoy your stay this is not the place for you. To park, you must pay through an app or find a parking garage. The entrance to go to the property is atrocious. 40 plus packages stacked through the walkway. Bags upon bags or product sitting around the entrance to the elevator. The posting states this is a home. This is an apartment building that sits on top of a bar and the bar blast music until 3am. There is brown product smudged on the walls throughout the apartment. All of the carpets are stained up and the linens were very dirty. We did not have any hot water the entire stay. One jacuzzi tub did not hold water. The one bathroom door does not latch shut. There are active rat traps under the kitchen cabinets. The beds are so close together in the bedroom it’s hard to get anywhere. If you had an emergency you wouldn’t be able to get out. Very, very dirt and very misleading. I told the host about our hot water issue and they stated they would come look at it after our checkout time. The front door is very sketchy and you have to hold it shut and lock it at the same time for it to lock.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026The door was unlocked and slightly open upon arrival. My verification, which I did the virtual checkin 6 hours before checkin time, wasn’t approved until I called customer service and complained I had yet to receive the code to gain access (almost an hour after checkin time). It’s above a bar/restaurant, which isn’t mentioned on the listing, and was very disruptive with loud music.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The host was very welcoming prior to our stay and was consistently responsive whenever we had questions, which we truly appreciated.I did want to share two small pieces of feedback for future guests. Parking is currently listed as an onsite amenity, but it is actually street parking and a nearby garage. The host clarified this when asked, but updating the amenities section would help avoid any confusion.Additionally, it may be helpful to have the carpets professionally cleaned and/ inspected. Since guests are asked to remove their shoes, ensuring the flooring is fresh and clean would make the experience even more comfortable.Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and hope this feedback is helpful for future stays.
