Our house is only about 80 meters from the sea.
It is in a quiet location about a 10 minute walk outside the city.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms: 1 room with studio kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi, 1 bath and 1 shower room, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Sleeps up to 4 people. There is a parking space in front of the house.

Stayed Jul 28, 2021Pros: so close to the beach that you don't have to stay on the crowded beach after a good swim. You can sunbath on the private terrace with beautiful view to the see. The apartment is clean, spacy, and everything is functioning (taps, sink, fridge, aircon, even some knives are sharp!). There is a dishwashing machine too. The location is good for active holidays: you can climb 1600+ meter peaks in Velebit NP (about 45km) and can visit Plitvice Jezera NP (about 100km). We rode our motorbike to all places which was a pleasure itself: hundrends of kms of very twisty, good quality roads alongside the coast (# 8), or in the hills when visiting the National Parks. Cons: Zdravko, the host speaks German, we only speak English, thus socializing or even clarifying basic things was not easy for us. He is very helpful though. Use of airconditioning was extra cost which we didn't expect. You have to leave the apartment very early (9:00) on the last day, which we managed but is an unusual condition. All in all, very much recommended!
