Great location, great host, definitely recommend.

We loved everything about this stay. Balcony, bayside view, pool, dock for fishing, inside space, location. The bed was very comfortable. It came with so many essentials and the beach chairs were better than the ones we brought so we used those instead. I don’t see us staying anywhere else when we come back to Clearwater! I would have loved to have a bigger refrigerator since we stayed for 5 nights and cooked breakfast every morning but we used coolers and ice to get us through.

Very nice property - very clean - excellent view of the bay- close to lots of things to do, but away from noise and congestion.

Everything was very good. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The cleaning lady Chandra was fantastic. She was very helpful in getting things done just right for our stay. Cleanliness and all the things we needed were awesome.

This checked all of the boxes! Clean, safe, on the water, 2 blocks from the beach, nice pool and quiet. Thank you for providing beach chairs which we could take to the beach and having a washer and dryer available was an added bonus. A nice week in a lovely place.

Came to Clearwater for a short stay. Easy walk to everything of interest to us. Would definitely recommend for any couple.Only knock would be maybe upgrade the mattress, but to each their own on that one. Was just a little soft for me.Thinking of staying the month of November there. If thers is an opening. Fingers crossed.Thanks Kim

Had an amazing time at the property! Right on the marina! We even saw a manatee! At first, we had an issue with parking, but it was resolved quickly. Sofa bed is kind of hard but master bedroom bed is very soft. Would stay here again!

The property was exactly as described were a slight issue once the management was notified it was taken care of. The other vacationers were very friendly I absolutely recommend Bayside Villas

I absolutely loved my stay from start to finish. Great communication with Kimberley. Check in was simple. The location of this place can’t be beat - there is a parking spot included but you can walk everywhere within Clearwater Beach. The view of the bay from the condo was so nice and the ocean is very close, only a few minutes walk. The condo itself was nicely decorated and super clean! It was well furnished with everything I needed, including beach chairs, a cooler, and some basic kitchen supplies, including salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. The bed was so comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer available for guests, which was extremely handy. Only had 1 small issue when I was there, but it was resolved quickly and with good communication. I didn’t want to leave at the end of my stay! Thank you Kimberley.

Great little place on the channel, close to everything but away from the chaos of the main drag. My spouse loves pickleball...just 2 min away. Dolphins off the deck and boats to watch locals...just a 2 minutes
