Bayside View 4 - Studio is a relaxing stylish space on the second floor of 617 Bay Esplanade Building.

This charming studio is perfect for a single traveler or a couple, with space for baby in a pack 'n play.

Enjoy the newly completed heated pool located down the stairs from the unit.



The Space:

Check-in at 3pm

Check-out at 10am

- The studio is sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates, cups, wineglasses, coffee maker.

- 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and mini fridge

- Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building.

- Towels and bed linens are provided.

The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry room is located on the far side of the building - downstairs and is free for guests to use

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.

Access to the unit is Self Check-in



Getting Around:

Clearwater Beach is very walkable, with the beach being 4 blocks from the unit.

Pickleball and tennis courts are close by as well. Walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
