Great location, and great communication from the host.

Great location walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the beach. Beach supplies were in the loft. We would stay again for sure!

From the start very clear communication with the host for both arrival and departure; they were also available if needed for any questions. Great stay, the loft is close to everything, well equipped, clean and comfortable for our stay. Highly recommend for your stay in Clearwater Beach!

Adequate property, great location, could improve AC.

I was surprised when this was listed as a 2 bedroom when 1 bed was in the living room when we walked in. We made it work the location of this loft was in a great place and close to the beach shops and restaurants. The host Kimberly was very attentive and was quick to answer any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was so close to the pier and walking distance to everything! It was so clean and perfect for my husband & I and our two daughters. The beach was so easy to get to! Only thing that would have made it better was a pool on the property. The pool was about 11 mins walk from the location which made it not worth it for us!

It was an amazing location with parking at no cost which is a huge plus. Close to everything you need in walking distance. Kimberly was in constant contact and letting you know everything that you needed to know. Book it! Would stay again

Quiet and beautiful place.

The property was very cute, clean, and in a great location Walking distance from restaurants, town, and beach…We will stay again if we ever decide to come back to Clearwater.

I thought we were renting a 2bdrm that included some type of living area with couch. Instead to find that the king size bed was doubling for a couch. Would have beenBetter off renting a 1bdrm for 200 less with the living area that had sleeper couch.

This property was awesome! Super clean place to stay and the property managers communication was awesome! The location is perfect. Right by many restaurants, shops, cvs, and roughly a 3 minute walk to the beach! Would 100% stay there again!

This was perfect in every way! Nice neighborhood on quiet dead end street. We could easily walk to the beach, shops and dining. The loft had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs. I look forward to going back again.

The rooms were clean! Perfect location, just two blocks to the beach! Great communication with owner. Would recommend!

great unit and location!!

The property was well maintained, clean and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable which was great. It was very close to the beach as well as a ton of restaurants and bars. It also included a couple of beach chairs as well as an umbrella which came in very handy. Will definitely stay at again. Thanks.

Easy to find. Check in and check out a breeze. Super clean and modern. 5 minute walk to beach. Nice affordable seafood restaurants very close walk. Very pleasantly surprised to find 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels available to us. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this rental is amazing! The beach is just a few steps away and there are so many dining options within walking distance as well. We liked how easy it was to spend a day at the beach with what was provided in our rental (chairs, umbrellas, etc). The beds were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

On our way to the property we were informed the hot water heater needed to be replaced. The host was very accommodating and placed us at another property that exceeded expectations. Once replaced we were able to move to Loft B. Although we were only there for one night it was everything we expected. A/C worked well, clean, full kitchen, aesthetically pleasing.
