Stayed Jun 20, 2025This is a separate living space attached to a single family home. It has a private entry, fridge, hot plate, convection oven, full bath, with the bedroom up one flight of stairs. No more than 20 mins from anywhere you wanna go in Virginia Beach. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The apartment was clean and very close to the beach and other amenities. I did not receive a welcome letter with the door code and the owner was very responsive and helped us access her place in minutes (NO WAITING). We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023Overall I would give it a 5 star except for the fact there was no toilet paper when we arrived which was 1am. We had to search for somewhere that was opened and that was. 7 eleven with one roll of inferior product for $5. The place was clean and it seemed to be a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our time

Stayed Aug 12, 2022Awful mattress that sinks into the middle. Given wrong door code and entry door so we walked in on other guests in another unit. Bathroom down steep staircase from bedroom. Location a long ways from everything. Would not recommend.

Stayed Jul 25, 2022This place was pretty nice for a short stay. Please note that the owners live in an RV in the back yard. The apartment is attached to a house so you do share a driveway. At one point the owner did walk in to the apartment unannounced which was odd. The place is about 20 minutes from Virginia Beach. Overall the place was nice and clean. Enough room for about 5-6 people.

Stayed Aug 26, 2021Apartment felt new and clean. Owner was quick to respond after booking. Instructions to get in were clear. The futon bed was perfect for our 3 year old to sleep in. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.
