Welcome! This Airbnb is situated directly in the heart of Rochester's vibrant cultural center, the Park Avenue Neighborhood!!! A 2 minute walk down beautiful tree lined streets to Park Ave where you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. This tastefully remodeled apartment boasts a cozy quiet feeling. This is a 3rd floor apartment in a house with other apartments. We do not accept local guests. Our property is available to international traveler’s as well as out of town guests.

Enter through a private side door. Apartment is located on third floor- very easy to find- follow directions



Guest Access:

Apartment, Common laundry located in basement- instructions for laundry posted inside the apartment. Shared driveway first come first serve



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in the prestigious Park Avenue neighborhood. It’s a short walk to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and many more. Great walking neighborhood too!

Free parking in parking lot rear of house. Additional free alternate night street parking.



Other Things to Note:

This is a 3rd floor 3 bedroom apartment in a completely remodeled apartment house. This property requires stairs, no issue but 2 flights of them. Air conditioning not in 2 back bedrooms, only the first one and living room
