What an awesome mini apartment with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to park, pubs, shops and places to eat. Street parking for extra cars was a plus (free after 9m) That said I wish listing stated it was on the top floor or that it was 27 steps upstairs. Honestly it was the only thing that could have been an issue because on person walks with a cane but we managed. I would definitely stay here again.

Although the pictures were a bit misleading (some shown on the site say property grounds and exterior of the property, I was familiar with the area and knew that the train station was not the exterior of any apartment nor was the Cocheco River Walk part of the property grounds. Henry Law Park is very close, but it's not the property grounds. I arrived on an extremely hot afternoon and figured looking at the pictures that the unit was most likely on 2nd floor. However, it turned out to be on the 3rd floor, up 28 steps, and it was pretty hot. That might be something that the host may want to mention in the description (or maybe I missed it) in the event that older people or people with a disability or even on crutches might not be able to manage. Also, if people are traveling with pets, that could be an issue for some older animals. However, the unit itself is adorable. Loved the offering of teas and coffees, and if you want to cook there was a great selection of dishes, utensils and pans. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The place was immaculate. I accidently locked myself out early one AM and the property manager arrived with a key within 40 minutes. I was very grateful. The location was quiet and in great walking distance to everything in downtown Dover. Would recommend.

Easy check-in. Extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you needed with a nice little coffee/tea nook. However, I would recommend a bit of a bigger bed for two people to actually fit and get a good night sleep and possibly a small sleep pull out sofa. Glad we had a blowup mattress for our daughter to sleep on, the futon was not long enough and very hard. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Checking out was easy as well. Parking was tight but managed. Thank you I would love to stay again with some changes. It was a quick ride to visiting our daughter at UNH. And close to everything .
