It was a cabin as advertised. Not much of view. After busy day in Seward area would have been nice to relax at cabin. TV stations were so bad. Yes there was a list but you had to look at all stations which were the worst ones available.
Great location to town and exit glacier. Creek right behind the cabin full of salmon swimming. Picnic bench and couple of Chairs to sit outback. Grill available. Cabin had everything needed included jacuzzi tub. Beds were a bit dated. Didnt use tv much but had cable and smart tv. Quiet. Great communication from property and easy access to get in and out.
Did not have a gas grill like it showed in the picture, we had to buy charcoal for the charcoal grill. It says you can fish in the stream but it is now allowed. It was a great location, away from town, and close to a very nice restaurant. For the price some nicer bedclothing and pillows would have been nice.
Nice little cabin just out of town of Seward
The cabin was perfect for my SO and I. I loved that we were able to cook our own meals and the jacuzzi tub was a dream! I loved sitting and watching the little creek behind the cabin and loved how quiet it was. It was nice to be so nice to town but still feel secluded away. I was a little disappointed with the gas grill as it was just a small hibatchi that was rusted out so we didn't feel safe trying to use it.
What a great experience we had in Cabin 1 at Misty C cabins. The cabin is very private with a great creek out back. We loved seeing the salmon spawning. The owner Cliff was the best..very friendly !! It is a very quite location . Great location to Exit Glacier hiking area. A short drive to downtown Seward .The cabin has a great bathroom..nice shower and large tub. Could not have asked for anything better!! and hope to return again! Thanks Cliff for a wonderful stay.
I knew the property would be basic but it was not clean. Seemed pricey for what it was. Very dark inside due to lack of windows. Shower was not clean and had mold on wood around the bottom of the shower, dead bugs in bathtub. Updates needed. Folding table for kitchen table and TV trays for nightstands. Opened the drawer looking for silverware and my finders stuck to the bottom edge of the drawer. That being said, nice location near a small stream and Exit Glacier. Loved Seward!
Very nice location. Easy to get to Seward yet quite setting. Should post it as Misty C cabins, would have made it a little easier to find our GPS didn't take us directly there. Beds were not that comfortable.
Great little no frills cabin on the creek close to town. Pretty hodgepodge pots and pans and cooking utensils but we made it work. WiFi band width was not adequate for us to use (ended up using our own personal hot spot) and we never turned on the TV. We’d stay there again.
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The cabin had just enough for what we needed. We really loved the jetted tub!
Loved all the subtleties! Lots of pride put into a very quaint place!
Needs new beds
The cabin was just as described. Our hosts were great. We had a fabulous time whale watching, hiking and catching Halibut while in beautiful Seward!
