Stayed Sep 20, 2025House is in a super cute neighborhood, upper apt door is on the side of the house. Parking in the alley in the guest parking spots. Upper apt was clean and bright. Bed was comfortable too. Didn’t use the kitchen but, it was clean too. I really enjoyed staying here. I’d definitely stay here again. Communication with the host was easy too when needed.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025This is a lovely and cosy apartment. It's a great location, a 10 minute walk from Fort Collins downtown (where most of the restaurants/bars are), and about a 20 minute walk from (the northend of) CSU campus.Unfortunately, if you want to cook some of your own meals in the apartment, it is not very suitable for that. There were barely enough spoons for all of us to eat breakfast cereal, there are barely any serving spoons, etc.; the dining table would be small for two and is tiny for four of us; the dishwasher is very small; and the smoke detector goes off as soon as one heats up oil in a pan. It's better suited if you plan to eat out all the time. Some of that would be easy to fix by the hosts (more cutlery, please?).The apartment is also quite a bit darker than in the pictures.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Absolutely spectacular! Location to old town, restaurants, bars, shopping and the university could not have been more perfect. We walked every where. Loved discovering the lightning mini golf holes around the neighborhood The place was perfect. AC worked great - it was a super hot week. Beds were very comfortable, great water pressure. Even used the grill in the peaceful backyard one night.Hope to stay again
