Cozy Stylish Downtown Loft Near Busch Stadium

Great place to stay! Clean and furnished with what we needed. Would stay here again.

Very neat and comfortable. Communication was dicey at points. That being said the experience was one of smooth flexibility and an aura of home and compound. High ceilings. Fix the shower door bars because they're on the wrong door. Great for couples!

We loved this little loft and it was so convenient to what we needed. It’s extremely spacious and well taken care of. Tastefully decorated and has that warehouse urban industrial feel. We were disappointed that the pool didn’t seem very clean and even one of the full time residents advised we shouldn’t use but that is not the fault of the owner. The bedroom was very relaxing and had a nice and comfortable king size bed. The bathroom again spacious. The main living area was very big and nice. Had a full size fridge, stove and dishes. I wished there would have been more bakeware like a casserole dish and baking sheet but we managed on what was provided. Appears that many of the lofts in the building are rentals Overall I would definitely stay at this property again. We really enjoyed!

Very nice, clean, loft. Great location to downtown esp. the concert venue. Once we were inside we were good. The loft building is located in a regentrification area

Check in was not easy at all.Initial email said one unit and it was a different one.Unit was very dirty. Walls all kind of black marks.Couch looks like someone came all over it and dirty but they were worried about someone eating on it. States it sleeps up to 5 but only enough towels for 3.Silverware for 3.No Tupperware.No large fry pan.No extra garbage bags.Light bulbs out in the bathroom and bedroom.Additional bedroom misleading. Its the couch that folds out or a air mattress in the closet. Would not have had bedding for that. It was a great location to walk to the museums and places we wanted to go.

The apartment is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable. The communication was A. The detailed instructions on how to get in was fantastic. We would stay here again.

My wife and I loved staying here. Place was very clean, quiet and was perfect for a quick weekend get away. Easy check in process!

Perfect place a for a quick visit! We were in STL for a concert at the Enterprise Center and would only be in town for the evening. The loft was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet and dark. As someone that uses multiple fans while sleeping, the ceiling fan was the real winner. Host communication was excellent!

Super clean, had everything needed except hair conditioner. I was disappointed by the exacting fees too, we didn’t bring a car but one of the line items was 20 parking fee and when we needed to just drop bags early they charged another 35 for early check in, seemed a bit excessive.

It was cute and perfect for the reason I stayed. Quiet safe. Communication with the host as well was fast. I will come back

Relatively clean place. Check in was simple. Kitchen supplies were almost non existent and there were no bath towels as advertised.

The inside is pretty nice and it's spacious for a one bedroom. The building itself is secure. The neighborhood is a little rough, but that's just St. Louis. It was close enough to downtown that you could walk to pretty much everything.

It was very clean quiet bed was very comfortable it was surrounded all the things we wanted to do a great neighborhood

The loft was nice, and had alot of character and charm. It did not feel like the safest area for walking after dark, but using an Uber to get where we wanted to go and back was easy. Had to open gate, door, and elevator with a phone, which was a little of an inconvenience, but it did make us feel more secure that not just anyone could come in. There was a pool on the property, but we were never given the access code to get in the gate, not a big deal since we weren't planning on swimming. I would stay here again.
