Cozy Studio With Private Entrance Near Old Town/CSU Campus/City Park/Trails

Everything was perfect.

This room was absolutely great! It had everything we needed! The large closet was a definite plus to hold our lugguage and also all our belongings. The host was available whenever we had questions. There are plenty of places to eat close by, even walking distance. We would definitely recommend this rental to travelers. We will be back!

Place was great and location too. I just needed a quick stopping point for the weekend and it was perfect. WiFi was solid so I got work done at night as well.

It's small, clean, and very comfortable. It has everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. The reclining loveseat is great for someone like myself who sleeps with a CPAP. Very close to downtown Fort Collins, which is a great place to dine, shop, and walk around. The host, Steve, introduced himself on our day of departure and thanked us in person for staying here. Nice guy! I highly recommend this place for parents that are in town visiting their kid at CSU!

We have stayed here numerous times over the years! It is always quiet and just what we needed for each visit! This time it rescued us from high hotel prices because of Graduations. We desperately need a place to wait for our furniture to get to our new home! The cottage was close enough Togo to during the day to prepare for our move & quiet at night! It made our move to the area so much easier! We will definitely recommend it to our friends that might come to visit us.

We have stayed at this little cottage several times now & absolutely love it! Very quiet & walkable to Old Town if it is warm enough. We will be coming back until we finally move to the area. So glad it was available for this last minute trip! Owner is great to work with.
