Cozy studio condo close to the beach with bay views and deck

Location was excellent and Solange was a very receptive host. The unit is quite small, so no room to store things and mini fridges hard to fit things in (no freezer) Great beach access, easy parking, and wonderful view from the balcony. Quick trip into Ptown and other excellent beaches.

The efficiency was nice and well equiped, the area is beautiful with the beach so close. Close to great dinning and shops. the only thing about the property was that the 2 burner stove top barely worked, so we were not able to make our breakfast.

I’ve been spending a week in the Cape every summer since I was a kid. In my 20s I wanted to be right in the heart of Provincetown but now as I’m a little bit older, I wanted to be able to pop down for dinner and drinks but not be in the thick of things. This location was absolutely amazing. Steps to the beach close enough to town to take a quick Uber in. Great location for a quick Uber to the Vineyard and a quick ride to the restaurants and Wellfleet. The condo itself was exactly what I needed small and cozy, but enough room for myself and Friend to have a great weekend

Seamless and comfortable. This was the perfect size for my husband and I , our daughter and son in law rented the unit above . The balcony is a huge plus, we had everything we needed and a great visit to Cape Cod, thinking of renting again next year ! Thank you

The view and accessibility to the beach made our family vacation perfect. The studio has everything you could need and was extremely comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, we can’t recommend this place more!

We have stayed at the Pagodas each year for a week in September for the past 7 years. It’s small but clean, and has everything we need. We cook out on the grill and walk across the street to the beach. Our cozy retreat.

Really liked it, magnificent ocean view and Solange was so nice with us. Recommend it as a place to stay for a maximum of 3 personnes.

Ridiculously small and smelled very musty. The listing indicated it was small but there was no place to put anything away. There was a tall cupboard but all the shelves were full of extra bedding. There were drawers under the bed, but again 1 was full of a mattress pad and another one full of cleaning supplies. It needs to have some type of chest of drawers. The air conditioner smelled terrible...very musty. It was fairly cool while we were there so we didn't run it. However, only 1 small window opens and you can't sleep with the sliding door open because it doesn't lock. At least put in a fan. Would not stay here again.

The property was in a nice location with easy access to the beach across the way. The unit was as advertised, small but perfect for one person (also fine for a couple).

We have stayed at the Pagodas many times; 1st time in this unit. Very clean, well equipped with many extra details to make the stay enjoyable. Comfy bed, and excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!
