The property indicated there was a bedroom and it slept 4. There was no bedroom and it only had 1 double bed. As I was traveling with another adult (not a spouse), there was only a bed for one of us. I ended up going to the Holiday Inn down the street spending double what I expected. In addition, the parking situation or lack there of was not comfortable. We were told to park on a busy main street where no other cars were parked. When getting out of the car several cars beeped at us as if we were not supposed to be parked there. We were nervous the car was going to get hit. I took the one car to the Holiday Inn leaving the other individual without a car. That was also uncomfortable in a place one is unfamiliar with. Walls were very thin and we were able to hear crying children being reprimanded.

I am commenting on this stay and not the house. There was some water damage that was in repair and not available after booking however, Letrice called and gave me an update and sent me other portions to stay at. She put us in a 2 bedroom apartment that was super convenient to lots of restaurants and areas that we needed to get to. Communication was top notch! Letrice had just gotten her wisdom teeth removed and was on top of everything. Thank you for everything!

The property is the lower floor of a bi-level home that has its own private walkway and entrance. The property was clean, and provided all the amenities necessary for our stay. We were very happy with the accommodations. The hosts were wonderful and we would consider staying again when visiting the area.

Everything about this unit was perfect. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was spotless and was well equipped. Letrice was lightning quick to respond to our questions. Great stay when in the Dayton/Kettering area. Thanks Letrice..!

Our group of 4 adults and a service dog felt very welcome. The accommodations were comfortable and the apartment was very cute. The double bed was extremely comfortable; the twin beds not quite as comfortable for adults. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Our trip organizer wasn't aware of the service dog when booking, but when we updated out needs, the hosts welcomed the dog. We would definitely stay there again.

WOW! The area provided by letrice is very clean and beautifully updated. Comfy couch and comfy bed. The area was very warm and cozy as well. There was a little mix up when we first got there but it was easily resolved with letrice. Besides providing a comfortable and safe stay Letrice is a very wonderful host.

We were in town for family weekend at UD. This was a perfect location and place to stay. The place is so well designed, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and very timely and friendly. We will definitely be back!!
