Cozy Mountain Studio Walk to Lifts, & Ideal Location Near Town

property was priced right. no knives or Kleenex

It was just a beautiful place to stay.

The kitchen was fine. No drawers to put any clothes in! No counter space in the bathroom. Toilet roll. Was in awkward place to get too! Shower was good!

Close to Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Bathroom not the best.

We love the Sun Valley area and we were very pleased with the property. Some opportunities for improvement would be to have blinds or window shades that completely cover the window as there was quite a big gap. Also, the couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs through the seat and so we had to put a pillow on the couch just to sit on it. Loved everything else.

The TV in this unit is very small and does not swivel so that you can see it from the bed. You have to sit on a tiny couch that is not very relaxing. There were no batteries for the remote when we were arrived and since we arrived after 5 o’clock, we were told that we would need to replace the batteries ourselves. I just don’t see the difference in this place and a hotel if I was staying in a hotel, they would bring batteries up. The cost of this place to stay and the amount of work to get to the unit is exhausting. I can’t imagine doing it in the winter time. The room leaves much to be desired. The linens are scratchy. The pillows are flat.

The area and ease of getting to places.

It was a bit better than expected. It's quite a walk from the parking garage up to the condo. It was simple and good overall.

Located in a nice secured area. Near fabolous Ketchum .... The entry code 10 digit long Is not user friendly, parking direction complicated especially if you are arriving late. No central heat nor AC. Very tight space, outdated. Did not meet our expectations.was ok to stay for 2 nights.

This place is a studio condo on the second floor of a three floor building (meaning there are people above and below you) the condo is pretty standard for vacasa properties: clean and as described but minimally equipped: kitche. was missing some basics (like a cutting board, etc) but still totally functional and as described in the listing. i would note that the fireplace was out of order and while it’s. it listed as a vrbo amenity it is still in the photos and property description the condo complex itself was well majntained and the pool / hot tub were nice but with limited hours. About 15 minutes to downtown ketchum but you can get there in a free bus that runs every 30 minutes all day long. overall this place wasn’t amazing but for the price it was great

don’t lose your lock code. you have to use it to lock and unlock and it’s a 6 or 7 digit number.

It was really difficult to get in. The parking instructions are badly written, and parking hard to find. Parking pass was found after searching for a long time. Lock to get in is BROKEN. Needs fixing. Lamp for reading broken. Disposal broken. Needs container for recycling. After trying to find parking pass, (we found after about 30 mins) someone came 3 days! later with another. I had told them we had found it. Clean, lovely location, good deal, but will not stay there again due to myriad problems.

Nice room for the price. It was very clean. Easy to get in the room and very close to the parking structure. The place was very quite and spacious for 2 people. It had everything we needed for a week stay. The only problem we had was the parking pass was not there when we arrived and we didn't get it until the next morning.

Quaint and cozy. Had everything I needed minus an iron. (Even had an ironing board. Just no iron.)
