Stayed Jan 25, 2024The property was very convenient for my extended stay in Rapid City. It is a basement room but there was no noise from above. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything that I needed. Parking is great! It's off the street right by the house.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This property was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The property was hard to get into and located on a busy street. It is a downstairs apartment and we could hear the upstairs tenants. The key pad on the property door wasn't working. So we didn't feel that our belongings were safe. The price that we paid was not worth it. Warm showers and an awkward bathroom. We would not recommend this place to future guests.

Stayed May 18, 2023Great location to stay at if you’re looking to be near a lot of attractions, trails, and city life still. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and was great at responding and helping us out with an item we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend staying with here!
