You'll find ample scenic views, points of interest, and convenient access points along the 6.4 mile stretch. Opportunities for bicycling, walking, hiking, bird watching, and fishing. Great stay. Would recommend room darkening blinds and leave the table extended in an unlocked closet for use. Other wise Greta stay.

Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again .

Place can be hard to find, the number is spelt out on the door and didn't register in my brain looking for it. And dont go off the picture for Google maps, that's not the correct building shown...aside from that it's walk able to Dunkin for your morning coffee and a super cute breakfast cafe/ a good amount of other places!

The location is everything with this little spot. We found ourselves walking distance from BreakAway, ice cream spots, restaurants, boutiques, many pubs and breweries, and the river walk. It's only a short drive to other surround towns as well--Kittery's outlets were not far which include Bob's Clam Hut ( a must for us on our visits) ...Calef's famous country store in Barrington is only about ten minutes as is Golick's icecream. The apartment was super clean; however, worthy of a mention, and the reason for four stars on cleanliness, is there was a smell (not necessarily a bad smell), but an aroma of someone cooking potent Thai food perhaps...we thought this worth mentioning simply because it lingered for our entire stay. While the smell did not bother us and actually added to the uniqueness of the place, I can see how it may be a problem for others. The sleeping arrangements were efficient and worked well for our needs as did the kitchen and bathroom. The coffee/wine time bar was welcoming and cute. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We will most likely be back to stay here again.

If you want to just feel comfortable and at home this is what you will get. Everything you need without the same ole same ole of a hotel. Everything you need... Spacious, homey, plain Jane and comfy. Super clean with a home away from home feel. Stocked kitchen, plenty of assorted coffees and teas. If you don't need over the top fancy this place is perfect. We even stayed an extra night. Great Internet and super nice flat screens to kick back and relax after exploring the area. Great host, great time. Will definitely be back to visit. This is an apartment, downtown, so if your looking for mountain views or rolling pastures this may not be for you, but if you want a place that's super clean, comfortable and homey, this is the place...
