Cozy Destin Studio w/ Shared Pools + Beach Access!

The condo was very clean and had been updated recently, which was very nice. Very cozy and plenty of books to read. Great amenities if you wanted to stay in for the night, and the beach was a very short walk across the street. Would highly recommend.

Spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a nautical theme. Well equipped kitchen though I didn’t think to bring my own spices and condiments, everything else is there. We were facing directly across the pool and parking was very convenient. Just a short walk to a beautiful private beach.

Everything concerning the property was wonderful during our stay. The proximity to the beach was a great asset. Our one and only problem was the cost. Vrbo has always been great in showing the entire cost less the taxes. Basically what you see is what you pay. A sub company called Evolve did not follow those rules. The final cost was much more than expected.

My longtime highschool friend and I has a great time. The unit was great close to the beach and shopping and food. Our pool was close by. It was a great weekend. My two biggest complaints would be is we didnt have enough TP for 2 people and the two bar height chairs should be put on the back deck because you cant see over the railing with the lower chairs. Which are small issues. We absolutely loved our time in Destin

Brian was very easy to get ahold of. The studio was clean and the location was great. It is towards the front of the property so it is right across the street from the beach. Enjoyed time at the pool and playing pickleball. My wife and I would 10/10 stay here again. The property was very quiet and relaxing.

My wife and I stayed at Sandpiper for our babymoon. We could not have been happier with the location of our unit. It was towards the front of the property and right across the street from the beach. No complaints on cleanliness. We would 10/10 stay here again. Due to property rules, it was very quiet and we were able to relax.

Property was in perfect shape, condo was nice to hang out in and not too small. Wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people staying at a time though.

Overall great place, everything you could imagine for kitchen usage, sleeping stuff, huge bathtub. Awesome experience!

The property was great. Brian was very helpful and prompt when contacted. Property could have been a little cleaner, however this would not influence my decision to return to this flat.

The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. There was paper notes on also everything in the condo.

Our stay was good. Overall experience in Destin was great. The property was clean and well maintained, close proximity to everything. The unit was across the street from the beach and just a 2 minute walk. Our only inconvenience was that our unit had not been cleaned upon arrival. I called Brian and he sent out housekeeping immediately.
