Cozy Creekside Cottage - Jetted Tub & Hot Tub - Entrance to Pikes Peak

The property was indeed comfy and cozy. Loved the fireplaces just added to the ambiance. Hot tub was great. property located n the middle of the mountains.

This place was awesome just wanted a quiet place outside of town to get away for the weekend and this place was fantastic.

Clean cute little cozy place like the soaking tub shower combo the wood burning fireplace was nice will definitely book again for a quick getaway from the big city.

A decent room built on the back of garage. Dark at check in, had NO instructions, took 40 min of Orbitz hanging up on us and Owner not answering or at Home. We finally found it around back, unlocked. Flimsy french doors, just a deadbolt. JET TUB HAD NOTHING BUT CRUD COMING OUT. There is a door to thier house in the toilet room. The walk ways we were not properly clear of snow and ice entire stay. Had to ask for wood after we burned through thier yard brush they had for us 1st night. Owner complained to us, but had nice cut logs she pointed out for themselves. Just not for the guest. 8am Saturday morning there was construction next door, and more banging the next. Absolutely will not return to this inconvenience.

The room was very nice and quiet. Enjoyed the stream and the wildlife.

In spite of what the ad says, there is no functioning wi-fi in the room. So, unless your phone is Verizon it won’t work there and there is not a land line in the room. If there is even a remote chance that someone from home may need to reach you in case of emergency, do NOT stay here. The room is so hot at night that sleep is impossible. There is no climate control. If you open the windows, the relentless traffic noice from the highway will keep you awake. We had to buy a fan to blow at the bed so that we could rest. The towels all smelled like mildew. The owner never checked in on us a single time in 3 full days. The ad says that the property owners require a 50% deposit to reserve the room, but we were charged for the entirety of our stay at the time we made our reservation. They won’t do a refund for any reason. If they hadn’t already taken all of our money, we would have left after the first night and found another room. Consumer beware.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. The cottage was perfect in every way for my 5-night stay - super clean, lots of extra amenities (fireplace, outdoor hot tub, jetted bathtub), great little kitchenette, incredibly comfortable bed and the beauty of the mountains while close to town. The hosts were very responsive (I added an extra night at the last minute) and made me feel welcome. There are restaurants and local hikes nearby or just enjoy sitting outside among the pines (or by the fire if it snows!). Make some wonderful memories here!

We had a great weekend in Cascade, Woodland Park and Manitou Springs. The cottage is cozy and served our needs for two nights. The only suggestion would be to replace bed pillows but pillows are a personal preference. Also add a foot stool(s) for the chairs in the common area. The hosts were very personable.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean, cozy, and close to many attractions, including Raspberry Mountain which was our favorite hike. The hot tub was a definite plus especially after long hikes each day. Only thing we would have loved to see would be something to cook breakfast on outside. We ended up buying a camping cook top which worked perfect to make eggs. Would definitely come back next time we venture to CO.

We were meeting family in the area and chose cozy creekside, and we are very happy with that decision. The cottage is very well appointed, perfect for a single or couple. The location is great for the attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods. Good Shower, Jacuzzi tub ( did not use tub) Comfortable bed, Fireplace (too warm to use) Roku TV (note to owner I think adding an antenna would be nice for local news and weather) Outdoors had seating, table, grill. A patio with a shared hot tub, and of course a flowing creek and Mountain views. And...if you're lucky you get to meet Dawg.etc without feeling

The cabin lives up to its name! It was so quaint and cozy. We loved being surrounded by the trees and quiet. It was the perfect secluded escape while still being close to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. We loved the movies, games and popcorn. It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary!

The place was great for the two of us! Outdoor Hot tub was perfect and wood stove was a nice touch. The host filled the propane for us to make sure we could grill.

Great getaway and great communication! Note that this is a cottage connected to the actual house, not a standalone unit. Other than that, great place, cozy, and just far enough from town for that getaway vibe, but close enought to enjoy some great food!

Great night get away from the Springs

Very romantic, perfect for a couple weekend get away. Only issue was the Hot Tub could have been cleaner.

Two adults and a dog stayed comfortably in the cottage. It was a little tight but it felt so homey that it made for the perfect stay, especially in the winter. The host went above and beyond with accommodations and had the room set up perfectly. It was close to plenty of great locations. Safe to say we would come back.

Very nice place to stay. Cozy room. Helpful people at property and the restaurant bar down the road (wines of colorado) was amazing. The owner and bar manager Jared were top notch!!! A must try. I would stay again.

Love the atmosphere and location. So close yet secluded. Perfect little hideaway spot. Word to the wise for anyone going, get there while the sun is out!! Harder to find at night, not the host’s fault. I was new to the area and at night, more difficult than expected. Overall, wife and I enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, host are awesome, room had robes for the hot tub, seltzers in the refrigerator, wine glasses, plenty of towels and very clean. Host even had wood chopped for the fireplace and shoveled the snow on the sidewalk and around our vehicle.

We had a quick trip to the cottage but it was so cozy with the roaring fire. Everything was super clean and we had no issues. We had dinner at Amanda Fonda and highly recommend there if you’re hungry for Mexican. Our was great!

It was such a beautiful stay with the creek that runs in the backyard and the most perfect cozy cabin especially with all the snow!

What a perfect spot! We definitely hope to book with Kimmy again! The location itself was perfect about 10-15 minutes away from attractions and it was easily accessible. We enjoyed the little space we had and the hot tub was great!

The cabin was everything as advertised. Clean, cozy, cute, and the location is great. The hot tub and location were the primary reason we chose the cabin and they delivered. The hot tub was always available and the locals were friendly.

After a week of traveling the mountains, this home was a spectacular place to recover from our strenuous activities. The hot tub was the reason we booked this cottage, but the coziness that accompanied it is hard to capture in words. I truly don't believe we could have booked a better place.

The only issue was that the coffee maker and bed were too high for this shorter person. Stools are great, but there wasn’t one. Nonetheless, it was a nice place to stay and the dog is awesome!

What a great little cabin! We stayed here in the middle of an 11-day road trip and it was a perfect break for us. A cozy little suite, a lovely outdoor hot tub and a very friendly dog. It’s proximity to Manitou Springs for Pike’s Peak and a day of shopping in town was perfect. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

It's definitely on the smaller side, but provided all the ammenities we could need. And the location is stellar! It was just far enough away from Colorado Springs, and close enough to walke to some great restaurants.

We had a great week staying in the cozy cabin. Everything was clean and well kept. It was nice that the hosts were out throughout the day and a friendly face. If we had a question we would likely be able to ask in person or send a message and would always get a responce. We loved the location and the views. We hope to go back soon!

This was a mother daughter trip to hike the Manitou Incline. We loved the cozy cottage, enjoyed grill our dinner & enjoying the sunset & sunrise in the hot tub. So enjoyed meeting Dawg! This was the perfect place to unwind & rest before our hike. Coffee in the hot tub while awaiting sunrise was the best!! Karen’s& Kylie

Jeshua made sure we knew the best places to go to eat as well as a new trail we hadnt done yet that was almost right across the street! While qe werent out and about, the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day!
