Convenient location. Great space for the price. Nice coffee maker.

Excellent location, easy to find, perfect directions on where to park & find the lock box. Very walkable to restaurants, shops; short drive to hiking, biking & river activities. Traffic could be a little noisy at times; (occ loud vehicles) but by nighttime, no problem at all.

This is probably the fourth time that I have stayed at Cozy Cottage and it continues to be everything that I hope and expect. Centrally located to downtown Fayetteville, clean, Brandie and her husband are remarkably communicative and attentive.I will be back!!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to restaurants. It is in a convenient location for visiting New River Gorge National Park. Check in and out information from the host was great. We would stay here again.

The property is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants. There was plenty of parking. The property is quiet with no noise from neighboring apartments. There is some street noise if you go to bed early but it was quiet in the later hours overnight. The apartment was a good value for the price we paid. It could use a few cosmetic touchups but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Yes, very close to shops and eating. We walked to several local restaurants and shops during our stay.

Great location, just over a block from the center of Fayetteville. All communication and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment was totally clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen counter space was limited -- something to keep in mind if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Nice apartment; I'm glad I stayed there!

Small apartment above businesses on a road nearby shops and restaurants that are walkable. Easy access to nearby trails and the state parks. Apartment could use a little tlc. However,,,,I am writing this on our last day here at 3am with the windows rattling and the apartment literally shaking from road construction right outside the building. The noise level is almost unbearable from the jackhammering., and thoughts have crossed my mind about just leaving early, since My husband and I won’t be getting any sleep, and this is the 2nd night we had to endure this. I am aware this is nothing the owner has any control over, but do feel like they might have known about the construction beforehand as they left earplugs for us in the apartment. If that is the case then they should have disclosed this and let us make alternate arrangements. Just speculation though, and bad luck.
