Stayed Aug 23, 2025We were so happy to stay at this cute little Oceanside condo! We chose it for the location and it didn’t disappoint- steps to the beach where we enjoyed sunsets and sunrises. Walked to the Lobster Cove for dinner and enjoyed amazing seafood at reasonable prices. Bagel Basket was great for breakfasts. Beds were comfortable including the pull out couch and although small, the kitchen had everything we needed. Can’t say enough about Jen and how great her communication was and how helpful she was for anything we needed. We would love to come back here if we ever get the chance to return to York Beach!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Clean and close to the beach. We walked to the beach every day only about 200 feet. It is a very comfortable place. We WILL be back.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024Perfect location by the beach! Watch the sun rise and set over the ocean and stroll along the beach or sea wall on Long Sands beach. Convenient walk to a couple nice restaurants. Centrally located between York Harbor and Short Sands beach. The condo was perfect for 2 and had most amenities for a weeks visit. We didn’t cook but ate breakfast at the condo and that worked out well. Suggest to bring a hair dryer if you need one. The one there was pretty old and clogged in the back so it would not blow any air. I went with messy beach hair all week which was just fine. The host was great and responsive to any questions. Will definitely be back!
