Perfect studio apt set up for me & my husband. You could see the time and care the host put into decorating and furnishing the apt! We had everything we needed. It was so quiet and comfortable that we both slept better than usual when traveling. We went into DT SLC and to Provo so location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this apt as long as you can walk up and down stairs with no problem. It is located above their garage. They are putting a pool in their back yard so the back yard is different than pictured but the construction equipment was never running during our stay. I’m guessing that was intentional which was appreciated. Loved being able to park in the driveway! We never figured out how to cast from our phone to the tv but my husband only wanted to watch some of the Ryder cup and the Reds so he just watched on his phone. The weather was absolutely perfect our entire stay so loved being able to open the window and enjoy the fresh fall air. We had a 6 am flight to Utah so we had been in the sun all day exploring and playing pickleball so when I contacted the host to see if we could check in a little early, they responded right away and said yes. This is a great vrbo host!!

This place is gorgeous and well placed to get around the SLC valley. It well maintained and private. The hosts truly keep it immaculate.

My husband and I flew into SLC for a body building competition. And let me tell you these hosts were amazing! As we pretty stayed in our place most of the time, meal prepping, eating and resting. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the space was perfect for just the two of us. The hosts were so kind, and got us the few things we asked for. And the backyard is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs patio listening to the water fountain. We would definetly recommend this VRBO!

Fantastic! We will stay here again when we come back to SLC next. The property was quite nice overall and very fairly priced. The decorations and cleanliness were stellar and the bed was really comfortable. Our favorite thing was the location—it was close to everything we visited in our 4-day trip. Thank you!

We had a great experience, check in process was straightforward and easy! it felt cozy, clean, and everything we needed was there. It was very nice of them to fill up a brita with water for us, and provide snacks as well. Shampoo and conditioner was provided and it was nice that they had a hairdryer as well. Overall we couldn’t recommend this place more.We love Sugarhouse and will be back!

We had an amazing stay during our snowboarders’ retreat. The studio was immaculate and had everything we needed. Check-in and checkout were incredibly straightforward, making the process seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mountain, the park-and-ride area, and Chinatown. While we didn’t use the kitchenette much, it was impressively well-equipped. The coffee station was a much-needed and greatly appreciated touch that made our stay even better.

The location was perfect for our needs, and our hosts provided us with a quiet, private space which contained all the amenities we needed. The space was well appointed, in a great neighborhood and provided wonderful views of the mountains. The next time we have occasion to be in Salt Lake City we very much hope will be able to stay here again.

My husband and I loved staying here! I am a bit of a clean freak, and this is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed at. It was a cozy little casita with all the amenities we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, which was great and we were able to park in the driveway rather than on the street, which made us feel better. We needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter. The location to what we wanted to see in the SLC area was perfect and the accommodations were just right! Comfy bed and perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring!

I stayed here for a long weekend to visit my daughter. This little studio was just perfect. The neighborhood was wonderful, the apartment clean, communication was easy. And a bonus was a visit with the sweetest little pups who live at the home!!

The apartment was very nice, plenty of space, very clean. Comfortable bed. My favorite part was the small terrace overlooking the beautiful big backyard. Was nice to sit out there in the evenings.

Great safe area with easy access to the whole SL valley. Clean. Welcoming. Modern. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Lovely scent. We stayed during a very hot time (upper 90s) and the place stayed cool, even though it was upstairs. Just a FYI, if you have trouble climbing stairs, it may not be the best place for you. Very pleasant owner and sweet dog. We would love to stay again!

This worked out great for us. We were gone during the days and only needed a nice, quiet place to sleep. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. We weren't cooking, so didn't need a stove. The toaster oven worked great for warming up our leftovers. It was well stocked with everything we needed plus much more. It was nicely decorated and overlooked their beautiful backyard. It was hot in Salt Lake when we were there, but the air conditioner and fan kept things cool and comfortable. They had it nice and cool when we arrived. Thank you!! Communication on how to get in and all we needed to know was great. We will stay here again if we return to Salt Lake.
