Description

Great size studio casita, perfect for person or a couple. You have your own private entrance and are welcome to use the pool

There is a queen size bed with high quality bedding.

Large smart TV

Kitchenette with plates, glasses coffee maker, microwave, under counter fridge, toaster oven and slow cooker (crockpot).

Huge bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.

You are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the garage.

I will provide you with a starter pack of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and laundry detergent. After that, it will be up to you to buy them.

PLEASE NOTE: The decor has changed a little. There is now a sofa and rug. I will take new pictures as soon as the current guest moves out mid September

A dog is welcome with a pet fee of $100 per stay

Please note: If you would like the pool heated, there is an additional fee of $75 per day for the pool and $40 per day for the hot tub. No heating is necessary during the summer

There is no smoking inside, but you are welcome to smoke outside, with the doors closed.
