Stayed Nov 5, 2025Great location, comfortable mattresses. The living room and master bedroom are the same room, so there are just three rooms total (bedroom, kitchen, living room / bedroom combo) plus the bathroom.

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Cute & quaint little apartment. First time in Philadelphia for a comedy show, and the home was super close to everything we needed. I would HIGHLY suggest parking at the parking lot just around the corner and paying for a piece of mind. Trying to find parking was horrible, but it just so happened there was the place around the corner. It was a clean, home like space to stay , and great for what we needed. Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Spent 4 nights on 13th St while in town for a National Tournament! Amazing location, so much to do, easy access to subway! Looking forward to a return trip!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Clean property in a safe and lively neighborhood. Great property for a family. Owner was prompt in responding to questions. Loved having the extra space and two beds plus large sectional sofa. Only negative was that it was noisy at night. Would recommend a sound machine or white noise app. Would still highly recommend.
