Stayed May 23, 2022The location of the property is perfect! However, I was under the impression I was renting a top level room with a deck. The electirical outlet in the bathroom did not work, we had to dry our hair over the kitchen sink. We could not get the room cooled I had to buy a fan. And, there were only 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay with 2 people.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023Wonderful location right across the street from the beach. Whenever the person upstairs walked around you could hear it quite clearly but we knew to expect that from the reviews beforehand. We were bummed that we didn’t get the $10 breakfast coupon that was mentioned in the listing. This should probably be removed if it’s not going to be provided. Overall, we had a great stay!

Stayed Mar 5, 2023We enjoyed our two-day stay. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away, and you can head either North to Neptune/Atlantic beaches or south to Jacksonville Beach. We really enjoyed the area between Atlantic/Neptune beach - great coffee shop, outdoor restaurants, shopping....
