Cozy apartment right in Downtown Downers Grove

Everything was as perfect as can be I’m definitely looking forward to using there services in the near future

The location was excellent- just three blocks from the downtown retail core and Metra station. Tons of great restaurants nearby to choose from. The apartment was top notch - immaculate and spacious, plenty of towels and soaps, coffee and tea with Keurig maker. Extra touches like playing cards and notepads. Ceiling fan/lights in both bedrooms. Dedicated parking in rear of the property. Everything you needed for a comfy stay. Checkin instructions were super clear and communication was prompt. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend. Do note that the property is only accessible by stairs and is on the second level.

We did meet the host when we arrived ahead of schedule. She was finishing up cleaning and final touches to the rental. She was quite personable and polite. Met our needs of additional paper towels and other accommodations

Very nicely updated apartment in an older home. Excellent location in Downers..easy walk to restaurants and train. Host was accessible and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic in every way

Location is excellent. Well supplied with the little things. Back stairs may be tough for older folks. Kitchen had all the basics and ice in the freezer. Washer dryer nice for longer stays. Sink is small but there is shelving. Good water pressure. Older home but nice!

We had a great stay in Downers Grove. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive when we locked ourselves out late at night.

The property was perfect for us! The entire apartment was clean and quiet and offered a fully stocked kitchen so that cooking meals at home was a breeze. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond. The area is beautiful with a two minute walk to Main Street which offers several food options and little shops. The Metra station is a 7 minute walk and the train will take you straight to Union Station downtown Chicago in less than 30 minutes. There were 6 of us staying (1 child, 3 teens and 2 adults) and we all agree that we would stay here again if we travel back this direction.

This is a lovely rental property in Downers Grove, IL. This place was spotless, with spacious, clean, and bright rooms, and very comfortable beds that made our stay extra relaxing. The location was perfect, and the host was attentive and thoughtful, checking with us to ensure everything was just right. We would gladly stay here again!

We needed a place to stay for a family gathering. Perfect location for us. Very clean. Convenient to many restaurants. Easy to get to different parts of Chicago that we had to get to.

Great spot in downtown downers grove. Plenty of food options within walking distance. 10min drive to FMC. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Will stay again if we are back in the area.

We booked a weekend to relax and visit. The address and parking was a little difficult to locate, but good once settled. The steps to the 2nd floor entrances are steep - pack light ;). The apartment interior was very nice - even better than pictured. Owner was on site - proactive communication- and very responsive to any questions. Walking distance to downtown was great perk.

This is the upstairs unit in a two unit house just off of Main Street in Downers Grove. It was clean, comfortable and well located. Roughly 10 minutes to FMC in Westmont. I would stay there again.

This little gem was the perfect place to stay in Downers Grove while visiting family. The location is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and the train into Chicago. The apartment is in pristine condition and had everything that was needed. Definitely on the list for the next visit.
