Cozy apartment in a lovely and quiet neighborhood

The apt is set back off the road and is secluded. The apt itself is really nice and cozy. Only dissapointment was the stairs to the second floor bedroom. There too small and hard to walk up and down. Other than that the apt was very clean and decorated beautifully.

The house was very clean and well kept. Daniel was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The neighborhood was great and the flora and fauna were popping! I would definitely stay there again!

Good neighborhood

Nice big space in living and dining area but no sink to wash dishes in and small kitchen area. The walls between the 2 units are very thin and music and voices kept me up.

Unique describes this cute place. I love an interesting house, and this fit the bill. Very clean. Love the decorations. The bed was very comfy. All around a great experience.

Loved the house but there was no creamer for coffee or any soap or body wash in the shower. Also found an old jacket and tissues under the couch cushions. Just needs better attention to detail especially after charging a steep cleaning fee. Still was very happy with the unit. Also offered many tv options even though most needed a subscription to use. Stairs leading upstairs were shakey at best.

The basic set up of the house was great however it was not clean as I expected it to be. Lots of dust bunnies, and the bathroom floor had hair on it and on the rug it was really gross. The owners are very strict about the parking and watch you on the camera which I found a little disturbing.

Secluded, quiet, clean, easy check-in

Spacious apartment and places to hang our things. Bed was soft. Appreciate the wood floor, neutral colors, simple clean lines of the decor - very Pacific North West in a good way. We needed a power strip to recharge our various technology. I would have the heat set a little lower. We usually keep our heat at home around 65-68. Only thing I missed is having a sink for washing up coffee cups and getting water for our kettle. Location was perfect. Easy travel to visit our family in Portland and Costco. We enjoyed the nearby cafes for delicious breakfasts.

this was an amazing space for my son and myself while we were checking out Portland and touring some colleges. It was clean, well lit spacious, and more than adequate for our needs. The host was in good communication and we have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Great find! The location was near everything! Easy to get to Downtown Portland, the airport, and forest in the area. The renter was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The home was clean and had what we needed.

This is an awesome place. I will say that you should bring supplies for coffee. It was an early morning without any creamer or even something powdered to speak of. That was the only issue that we had.

This was clean, quiet, lovely, and spacious. Beautfully appointed, we had nearly the entire house. The coffee bar kitchenette was accurately described and posed few problems, since the event we were there for covered most of our meals. Convenient location in the southern part of Portland. The upstairs room staircase is steep but it's huge and with a cute giraffe theme, and it has its own window a/c. Would definitely visit again.

Musty smell as we walked in from 100 degree day. Upstairs was so hot, only window airconditioner avail. Was not cool enough to sleep comfortable. Downstairs thermostat is set for 70. Can't change temperature, no password . Nice shower

Upon arrival the home is very musty smelling. You cannot adjust the AC thermostat so it was warm in there at times.The bathroom was not clean at all. The furniture etc is cute but we were somewhat disappointed.

The property was clean and neat and modern. It had a microwave and a small refrigerator. But the best part was the bedroom. It had a memory foam topper and blackout blinds so you could sleep in a dark quiet room.

Price was really good, however, didn’t seem to be really cleaned before we arrived. Food wrappers and dirt under the beds, plus we couldn’t control the thermostat without having to get in touch with Dan first, which I didn’t want to keep doing, so we put up with the temperature issues which weren’t too bad.

Very nice. There is no sink on counter, so note that. Good fridge and microwave. No Kuerig, just coffee pot . Nice size rooms & bathroom.

Such a nice place … if you are aware about the sink/ kitchen, tiny fridge situation it’s a little inconvenient- but all in all fine for a shorter stay. Bed was very comfortable, pillows good - big closet to hang up clothes, and the tv was great . ( as u can see by the photos the decor is current & cozy ) & easy check in checkout & great communication from the host

The stay was great. It was pretty much perfect for our stay. It was very clean and felt exclusive enough. Would stay again for sure. As per other reviews, stairs were very steep. Tread lightly, especially while wearing socks. And do wish there was a real kitchenette. We missed that part of the listing but it worked out.

It was our first time staying at an airB&b, usually we stay in hotels. We are now converted! We left it as we found it - you wouldn't know we had stayed there except for the linens we used! Thanks for a great stay!

This quaint add on bungalow in Milwaukie Oregon delivered just as advertised. It was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The absence of a kitchen is something to be mindful of, so would limit you somewhat, but they are up front about that. Very comfortable beds which is what matters most ultimately. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to things. Very nice host and well organized. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.that

Spacious, clean & close to everything we needed!The power went out right after we arrived and Daniel was there immediately. It turned out to be a neighborhood issue, but appreciated the quick response!

Great spot. Clean, great decor. Upstairs bedroom has low ceiling—my 6’2” son had to stoop a bit. Also, stairs are VERY shallow, so you have to be super careful, esp when carrying a suitcase. Would return!

This property is located on a large lit so there is great on-site parking. My sister & I shared it and found it perfect because it was quiet, comfortable, and located close to the evwnts we were attending. We ate out so the lack of a kichen wasproblem

With my sons living in Sellwood and Lake Oswego, this Milwaukie location was perfect for me, my daughter and son in law. Lovely, comfy, cozy yet spacious. Didn't miss not having a kitchen since we were out and about so much. Highly recommended!

The home was exactly as advertised. No kitchen, but a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and electric kettle was all we needed. The place was clean and comfortable and tucked behind some shrubs that added to a sense of security. The only issue is the shared wall between this house and another is very thin. We could hear our neighbors talking and felt self conscious about any noise we made. That said, I’d stay here again and recommend it to others.

We specifically enjoyed the dining room table. It seats 6 which was perfect for our card game. The bed in the main bedroom was soooo comfortable!! My granddaughter enjoyed the upstairs bedroom and imagined redecorating it in her colors and tastes. Everything went smoothly and was very comfortable.

I was sooo impressed with this property! It was so well maintained and simply perfect.

This home worked great for us as we were visiting our son and family who live nearby It was clean and well kept. We didn’t even need to check in. Just retrieved the key from the lockbox with the code the owner provided.

Trip was great, and the VRBO was a great HQ for us. No kitchen -- only sink was in the only bathroom, and it was impossible to fit a water bottle in. Otherwise perfect

We were visiting Milwaukie from East Coast for a family gathering. This house was perfect for our stay—close to grocery store and Portland activities. Host was most accommodating. There is not a full kitchen—not an issue for us, but others might find it limiting. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, a fine stay. We were just stopping through and stayed for one night. The property was large and true to listing. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Most notable was a very strong mildew smell in the house, especially in the downstairs bathroom. Had to keep the door closed to keep the smell out.
